Peter Lopez who is the owner of LPZ Communications will highly pressure you into making a deal. He pressured my elderly mother to purchase a phone system. She, unfortunately signed a contract and she was scammed by a lot more on her bank account ftom LPZ Com. After talking to Mr. Lopez, he became agitated, sounded like he was high on drugs and started yelling vulgar obscenities over the phone. This guy should not be dealing with customers. Unfortunately, my experience with LPZ Communications has been extremely frustrating. I have been trying to get in touch with them regarding an ongoing phone issue for over a week now. I called yesterday and did reach someone in customer service, who acknowledged the issue and promised a call back. That call never came. When I attempted to call back later in the day, I was unable to reach anyone. I have also left voicemails every day this week and on most days last week without receiving a single return call. At this point, the lack of communication and follow through is unacceptable, especially for a company providing critical communications services. Issues like this require timely response and accountability, neither of which I have experienced. I hope this review prompts someone from LPZ to finally follow up and address the issue. read more

NO answer!!! Very frustrating to deal with. NO customer support. They resell your contract; therefore, you cannot cancel contract.
