When we walked in every representative was busy with another customer. It was hard to tell where…read morethe line started because there were a few other unattended customers milling or sitting around. We were there five minutes before anyone seemed to notice we existed. It would have helped had there been a sign up sheet or a "take a number" dispenser. After we were acknowledged we waited a few more minutes before a rep named Carlos took us to a table. He was friendly, but kept disappearing on us to attend to another customer. So he was doing double duty. However, in spite of that he was able to change our plan to a less expensive one and eliminate a line we no longer required. To request another member of the family be designated as an authorized user who can change things when needed requires calling 611 and talking to a rep over the phone. Other than that we were able to accomplish all we set out to do. So the service was efficient once we were waited on. We were happy with Carlos and the service he gave us. I just recommend they have a sign up sheet to deal with the times when more customers than reps are available. It would also help if they could acknowledge people coming in and provide an estimated wait time.
