The AC barely worked, and when we told the staff, it took forever for them to send someone to fix it. Meanwhile, the room felt like a sauna, completely unbearable. To make things worse, there were bugs in the room, which is disgusting and completely unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as "luxury." We were sweating, uncomfortable, and disgusted, definitely not the relaxing vacation we had planned. We shouldn't have to deal with this kind of nonsense, especially not for the price we paid. I'm honestly so disappointed and frustrated. This experience has ruined our trip. Let this be your sign: Do NOT stay at Quinta Real. It's not worth your money, your time, or your sanity. I am never coming back.

It has inside and outside seating. It's an all you can Buffett style breakfast. Very good options with a mix of Mexican and some american breakfast. They had sausage links, bacon, hash browns, menudo, pulled beef, eggs, cactus, red pulled chicken, etc. Many different options. A good amount of pastries and bread. Hot chocolate, smoothies, cereals, and many more. Good breakfast and it's about $15 U.S. Dollars per person, more or less. The staff is very nice and also have wifi, but you have to get the access code from the staff. Other than that, I was full and satisfied. Would like to eat here again and maybe check out the hotel rooms in the future.

We stayed in the master suite which was $800 pesos a night. It was very spacious and the bed was large enough to sleep comfortably (2adults 1baby). Be prepared to go up a couple flights of stairs depending what floor your room is on, the rooftop is on the 4th floor. They also have a common area on the 3rd floor which has two fridges, a microwave, gallon water, coffee, and snacks for everyone.

We were warmly greeted and in the lobby area there were people enjoying themselves in discussions and laughter. The room I had was very comfortable and had many modern amenities such as USB ports, a desk, a comfortable chair and leg rest. TV with Spanish and English programming. The bed was very comfortable and the heating/ac thermostat was on the wall. The shower was a rain type that fell gently on you. Across from the hotel was a wonderful steak house (try the Don Julio 70 sipping tequila). The lone drawback is that it's not close to the city to go and do things. This hotel is for the business traveler but I look forward to returning.

It is nice to stay somewhere in Aguascalientes where you don't have to worry about scorpions. The staff was very polite and willing to help. Please note that the check in desk is on the second floor going up towards the rooms, getting up to the hotel rooms can be a bit of a challenge as there are steep steps and walk ways.
