I understand these Tire Kingdoms are corporate owned, but the staff treated me as if I was a customer in a mom & pop owned business and I was impressed. I paid close to $400 for the compressor through the owner, Franchesco, on Monday, and he told me to come back Wednesday at 8:00 AM for the repair. I took off work and showed up Wednesday, only to be told there were still cars from Monday and Tuesday that had not been completed. No one called me or communicated that they would not be able to honor the appointment. He then told me to come back Thursday or Friday. I came back on Friday to drop my car off, and Franchesco told me he still could not do the job because he was "not ready." At that point, I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted the process. He told me that since I had already paid for the compressor, I could take the compressor and get it installed somewhere else. However, I had never seen the compressor, never received proof that it had been ordered, and never received any documentation for the part I paid close to $400 for. When I asked for proof or a receipt showing where the compressor was ordered from, I was told they "don't do that." He then seemed to get frustrated and told me that since I was going to get it fixed somewhere else, I needed to get the compressor from somewhere else. This was extremely unprofessional. My time was wasted multiple times, communication was poor, and the entire experience made me lose trust as a customer. I would not recommend this business.
