I've been coming to LS Smart for my dental cleanings and checkups for a couple of years now, and have always been very satisfied. The practice is clean and nicely-decorated, and the staff are always friendly. I've never waited more than five minutes between arriving and being seen by my hygienist (although I usually take an early morning appointment).
I've had various hygienists through the years, and they have always been gentle and thorough. Coming from the US, there are a few extra steps to the cleaning that I hadn't experienced before, including a between-the-teeth brushing, and a powder sandblasting (apparently for polishing). The hygenists' rooms have TVs on the ceilings, and they play calming nature videos while you're being treated.
One word of warning: if you're interested in becoming a patient, just ask to schedule a cleaning or a checkup right from the start. When my wife first made an appointment, it was more of an "appointment to make an appointment" situation, where they just asked her what she was looking for in a dentist (a cleaning) without actually doing the cleaning.
