Worst nail service ever. Couldn't get into my usual place and was time constrained so stopped in here. The technician could not speak English, and I kept trying to clarify what pedicure I wanted; he just smiled and ignored me, proceeding with an elaborate and expensive service, which I did not want or have time for But the worst part was that he cut my foot and it started bleeding. Didn't stop. When I went to check out, they were hassling me to pay more, and I pointed out the bleeding so they hurried me out the door. I still have a scar 16 months later. Lesson learned. Loved my nails and decided to come again....the second time however - took forever & im not usually one to care for the time but the way my nails turned out, was nothing like the picture. Was then charged $100, no mention of extra charges and even not filed correctly by any means.... Will not be coming back again. Update: called to see if anything could be done & said the only option would be to come back. I recently visited this establishment to get a mani/pedi and waxing of eyebrows. The staff barely knew how to speak English which made it difficult to understand my services. I am not impressed with this salon at all. I went here from out of town and was recommended by a friend. I wanted a mani pedi. My pedicure was great performed by Crystal. She takes her time and really does good work. So leaving her aside from my poor review. This place was overpriced for a dip manicure. I paid $100 for a mani pedi and received sub par service with my manicure technician. She dug into my nail bed with the tool and did not place the dip on evenly. She filed my real nails down too short and they look like they are stubs. She used to the tool to outline the dip but filed down too much close to my cuticle, making it look like I need a replacement earlier than normI am probably more critical as they are on my hands but you want good work for what you pay for. After 1 day one of my nails cracked. I've received better service at a lesser establishment. UPDATE: this place is garbage. It is not somewhere I would ever return you pay excessive money for bad service. The only positive is i didn't get a fungal infection. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. $59 and the polish never cured and rubbed off. Called and said I want to come back for a refund for my time and it to be redone and they said they won't do a refund and it's on my own time if I want to come back to have my $59 pedicure that rubbed off after 1.5 hours repaired. Manager kid said this happens sometimes, what?!! Said I can call another manager and they won't ever refund, only thing they do when they mess up is redo if you want to waste your time and go back again! This terrible nail place charges people $60 PLUS tip for a 35 min pedicure and it rubs off and smears 1.5 hours later! This location and the other down the road are beyond terrible with customer service and also the technicians! After several strike outs at both places, I won't be back. read more

My wife and I have come here five time now and enjoy it each time. They are family owned and treat their customers well with a bit of detachment when it comes to communication. The reality of that is that most of the staff does not speak English fluently so communication can be hard and sometimes frustrating. Regardless of the issue in communication, they deliver a good service and are always busy. The pricing is a little high for pedicures, but this is one of only a few places to go out here! They improperly removed a hang nail on my toe and I ended up in urgent care with an infection. I needed my toe cut into because this place doesn't know what they're doing or aren't training their people. I only went here as my normal go to place couldn't take me at that time. I had been here before prior to them relocating and remembered why I did not like their services. The nail tech I had rushed through my no chip, did not give me the color I wanted, was not friendly at all (like barely acknowledged I was even there), did not buff down my nails like normal, left a few inconsistencies in my nails (no attention to detail), did not give me the normal 'hand massage'.... lasted all of 10 seconds and seemed only concerned about getting me out as fast as possible.... while they were not busy. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the manager was incredibly kind and understanding. I went in with very long natural nails looking to switch my acrylic to dip. Never have I ever had an issue doing this. My nails were handled very roughly and the man working on my nails accidentally broke multiple nails in the process of getting my old nail polish off. After showing him the photo I expected him to apply tips to the nails he broke but when he didn't he told me it's very $10 extra for tips. I can understand that If I had had short nails however this was not the case. After nearly an hour and a half later I was completely unhappy. The manager was wonderful and told me she would redo them and schedule me however with this place being out of the way with me it was not an option. I'd give no stars if possible. I've come here a few times over the past few years, this last time was by far the worst. Arrived at opening on Saturday for a pedi. Was sat in the chair before the tub was filled. Told to sit, and when the tub was finally filled (with my feet inside) the water was lukewarm, at best. When Minh came to me, she never asked how the water temperature was. I asked her if she could add some hot water in, which again was lukewarm. She said that they have an issue with the water being cold first thing in the morning. Seemed odd to me sine no other customers were complaining about the water temperature. The pedi was sub-par as well. She dug into my nails, and after I left, I noticed that many of the nail edges were not filed smoothly. Will definitely not be returning. read more

I like the atmosphere here, but my friend and I visited yesterday and both of us were disappointed in the end product. For me the clear coat on my nails did not go all the way to the edges, so I know the polish is going to chip off pretty quickly. I should have inspected more closely before leaving the salon. For my friend, her nails are all jagged at the ends. I don't even know how that's possible because they file them. But they don't look good. read more

First time at this nail salon and especially after the COVID-19 pandemic arose, I was in desperate need to bring back my true femininity. I was so disappointed and heartbroken. The nail technician smelled like cigarettes and did a piss poor job with my color dip on my natural nails. He brought me to the front drying station, where I spent about 30 minutes until my next appointment with a pedicure and then an eyebrow wax. Nobody came to get me for my next services, nor was I offered any bottled water. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their services. Bad customer service , my daughter in-law surprise me on my birthday with a pedicure , first time at this place ; this was the perfect excuse for the family to organize and put together my surprise birthday party . I choose to get a massage with honey and milk , plus paraffin treatment for my feet , we waited for 20 min for my toenails to get dry , but the tech did not clean my feet properly and he painted my toenails over residue of paraffin so they never got dry , I asked if we can leave and he said yes , you have been here for a while , I touch one of may toenails and had nail polish all over on my finger , he look at me like it is my fault , we just asked to take the color off and just painted clear and I asked if I can come later during the week to do it again, he said yes , he also mess up my skirt it was full of honey I found out when I got home later because my skin was sticky and also my car sit , here I am again October 21/2022 to get my service done , the second tech painted my toenails and he missed one really? I told him you miss one , yes he fixed it , but here I writing about my experience, after 30 minutes I have to asked are my nails dry ? Can I go? I went to LT nails because I thought Ivy was a good tech, based on a review here on yelp. BOY was I wrong. First if all, she was rude. I was getting acrylics and I noticed that my nails were crooked when she filed them down. When I asked if she could file one down a bit more in one corner, she told me "What are you talking about? They're fine". Second, the acrylic material had hardened under a few of my nails, since she didn't clean it well while it was wet. So I ended up trying to break it off with some pointy small scissors when I got home. I know I should have asked her to do it but I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave. Also a few nails were uneven- bulky on top. I might try this place one more time but with Taylor this time only because it's so close to my house and it's convenient. But this will be the last shot I'm giving them. read more

I had came in for my birthday nails and got seated with the nail tech Jenny who I believe is owner or a manger because before and throughout the whole thing she kept taking my arm n turning around to answer the phones. Not a big deal though. But she also declined 4/5 designs I had. So we tried just an ombré glittet which she could not do and told me to pick a new idea. I picked out pointed french tip (seen in picture with black polish). I know my nails are very short but still I had atleast expected my nails to be even and the designs to all be even as well.
