The central location made it easy to get around...just a 20 min car ride to most sites. They arranged for a private driver to spend a day with us and we visited Teotihuacan and Xochimilco. A great deal. The popular local restaurant across the street has a breakfast deal with the hotel -- you can buy vouchers and get anything you want. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful.

I stayed in a room in the Executive floor, when you stay on this floor you also get access to the executive lounge that has free breakfast every morning and in the afternoon it has a few appetizers and wine. The breakfast was fine, it consisted of eggs (different style eggs each day), pastries, fruit, coffee, juices, etc. The afternoon appetizers were not very good, but it was still nice to get a snack and a glass of wine for free. I stayed in a room overlooking the inside courtyard, which was nice because the room was very quiet and I heard absolutely no noise at all from busy Avenida Revolucion. Parking was not easy, so if someone is going to pick you up, make sure that you are ready and waiting by the entrance, because there is only a small section for cars to stop and pick up/drop off people. Overall good value and centrally located for those who need to be near the WTC.

It's a little ways away from the city center, but cabs are the way to go in Mexico City. They also have a free shuttle service to the airport. My only gripe is that they brought me the wrong drink 2 times when I ordered room service. Not a huge deal but it's really the only thing that stands out.

Main issue I found was that there is no AC or heater and so I called the front desk and they said they don't have temperature control because apparently claim to be a "green" hotel. Good idea, bad execution though. The large glass sliding doors don't really provide sufficient insulation and so the cold gets in the room very easily and so the rooms are freezing at night. Had to request a portable heater the second night to avoid freezing at night. Properly insulated glass doors and windows are supposed to be double walled with an air layer in between for "green" room insulation.
