I called Arvy Realty located in Brentwood NY to see if they had any listings. When I called, the receptionist answered and said there was no one available to help me at the moment (no problem). I recieved a call this afternoon from Juan Garcia a Real Estate agent for Arvy Realty. Our conversation started off on the wrong foot immediately. He is a very arrogant and cocky person. After a few minutes of talking with Mr. Garcia, I realized how unprofessional of a person he is -- no patience and extremely rude!!! He was bothered by me not knowing what type of business I was looking for. He basically insulted me because I wasn't prepared in my search and even said that he's "dealt with people like me before" and then proceeded to hang up on me before I was able to ask him what's available. He thinks he is God's gift to the real estate community. When I finally figure out what I'm looking for, this will be the last place I consider calling!
