I and my two children saw him for several years after leaving offices that had rude office workers. I found that while he was in office with Dr. Fenton we ended up again severely dissatisfied with the office staff. It is sad how the office staff can make you leave an office of a Doctor you really like. Unfortunately outside of your checkups, the office staff is who you interface with most. I have since moved to another doctor with whom I am quite satisfied with all the way around. I was forced to switch doctors as Dr. Kallner moved to an office that did not accept my insurance.

I had an appointment for an eye exam on December 10,2019. Picked glasses I wanted and gave $ a 100…read moredeposit it. Called several times on it and was told they hadn't come in yet. Finally they fessed up and told me they hadn't been ordered yet and they would put it on a rush. They got ordered on January 3 2020 and said I would probably have them within a week. Been calling daily and said they called the lab and they would be here on January 21 2020. Called on January 23 not in. Called on 24 and they r saying it will be another week. What kind of operation is this place. I will never go back as I am sick of the excuses. Can't believe what they say. I can say that I will never return
