The only breeze you feel upstairs is when someone walks past you. Otherwise, the air is stale and stagnant. The responses from management have varied, beginning with, "Oh, it's not working?" Then, "We know about it." Good, but are you working to fix it? "We're waiting on the vendor." For six years? My favorite response: "Well, it's hot outside." Isn't that what an HVAC system is for? No one expects a workout to be comfortable, but you should be sweating from the effort, not the environment.

Having been laid up caused my back to weaken which has always suffered from a high school injury. Chiropractors helped, but the real gains were in core strengthening and mobility work with Vincent Parks. Vince coupled his personal training skills with his keen awareness of how energy flows, and it worked. As a follow up to this experience, I returned to see Vince again after a car accident and shoulder injury in 2014. My experience was the same. Keep in mind, I went to physical therapy on the insurance for 9 months. It wasn't nearly as useful. Vince takes the approach of a team mate. He's got a very clear idea of the connection between strength and health, which--as the other reviewers note---he knows how to implement in different was for different people.
