I had such an amazing experience with both Mia and Sally! They absolutely nailed my nails and matched my inspo photo perfectly. Their attention to detail was incredible, you can tell they genuinely care about doing a beautiful job. I originally ended up regretting the color and design I chose, and I was so nervous to say something, but Mia and Sally were beyond kind and understanding. They fixed everything for me with no problem at all and made sure I left happy. They were patient, professional, and so sweet throughout the whole process. I'm so happy with how my nails turned out and so grateful for how kind and accommodating they were. If you're looking for talented nail techs who listen and care, I highly recommend Mia and Sally! Irene is the rudest person I've ever experienced. I should have known she would be nasty towards me when I asked her name and attempted to engage in small talk with her. My first visit, Irene was supposed to complete my pedicure. She continuously asked me what I wanted, if certain shapes and length were to my liking. After answering her the first few times, I seen that she grew impatient. SHE kept asking me so I finally told her that I'm afraid to answer because every time I politely answer her, she gets upset. Finally, she called over the front desk girl to mediate. Again, Irene would stop every few seconds just to see if I would give her the okay. I am not of this profession, so I cannot tell if the acrylic is applied properly if you won't file it. Then, I asked her about a section of my nail that looked odd so when I asked the front desk girl if it was my nail she said "it's the acrylic" and Irene just start filing it. I did not tell her to file I just asked and she totally curved my nail. I softly said "oh no, she curved it". Then Irene just got up and walked away. I sat there for a while for another tech to service me, but was told no one could service me after sitting there without acknowledgment for 10 minutes. My demeanor was calm, polite, and flexible. Had my nails done less than a week ago and my thumb nail basically peeled off. This has never happened to me before. I had a gel extension tip on the nail due to a previous break. The gel polish peeled off in one giant piece, exposing the plastic tip, which is also broken. For a $70 set of nails, I'm really disappointed. I can't get them fixed as I got them done before going out of town. I liked the nail techs I had-- the tech who did my pedicure (Tony) was wonderful. My mom and grandma were down to see me and we called about an hour before and asked if they had availability for 3 which they did! We got there right on time and immediately sat all next to each other! My mom and grandma got the basic pedicure and they did a great job and we're not too fast took their time to do a good job! New nail spot unlocked Tried a new salon and let me just say... I've found my place. I called same-day on a Friday around 4:30 (prime time ) and they told me to come in. I drove over and got there around 4:55, and they took me at about 5:10 , barely a wait at all for a busy Friday! When I called, the receptionist took down my name and number, and when I arrived she checked me in right away. She was friendly and helpful, which honestly set the tone for the whole experience. Kim did my nails and absolutely understood the assignment. She gave me the perfect natural color, you know, the kind that makes you stare at your own hands all day? Yeah. That one. I'm obsessed. Helen handled my pedicure and she got DOWN. Thorough, detailed, and had my feet feeling brand new. 10/10. The shop was busy (which is always a good sign), but they were impressively efficient and helped so many clients while I was there without it feeling chaotic. If I can leave 0 stars I would I went in for a pedicure last weekend and was very disappointed with there work I initially wanted a French tip with pink base and all I got was a different tone of pink and a lumpy work which I have never experienced there before I have been there before and another technician did a good job this time it was the opposite afterwards I went back and talked to them about the work they had provided and they offered to fix it and it was the same just waisted money and was still nice enough to tip the technician for "fixing it" this is what I got do not come here save your money!!! read more

This was my first time ever coming to this nail salon and probably my last. Two days ago I went to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure, I had told the guy doing my pedicure that I just wanted a simple pedicure nothing fancy and he immediately handed me the menu to choose a package of some sort but I said no just a regular pedicure and after that he said something to the lady doing my manicure, i instantly felt like i was being talked about as they both looked at me and laughed. My gel manicure come out very nice but as soon as she was done, the guy doing my pedicure seemed like he was rushing to get done at the same time and left my pedicure lumpy and now they're peeling. Very disappointed as I usually do my own nails or I go to West Covina to get them done, but I just wanted to try going to a nail salon near me or just try a nail salon in general and this is what happens, $48 and on top of that he asked for a tip !, i've never had that happen before, do not recommend coming here for a simple pedicure. read more

Didn't get all the things mentioned in the menu for the pedicure but they definitely made sure to charge me the whole amount. Paid $110 for a manicure that's sub-par designed. First time customer requested a gel manicure. Awful service, girl with brown glasses provided my services and she looked angry . Gel was drilled off, soaked in alcohol then drilled again. Alcohol used to remove my cuticles then polish added. Color requested was not available so picked another color. Horrible horrible, she wasn't happy when I asked her to file down the nails more and when I asked to place the color closer to the cuticle. SUPER THICK GEL NAILS AND HORRIBLE JOB. My pedicure service was okay, I'm not sure if there was a communication issue because I was unable to get a full explanation of the difference between the pedicure options offered. As far as my nails....... I really love them and there was a bit of confusion between me and the tech but it was worked out fine! This was a last minute appointment so I really appreciated being seen!!! If you're in the area check them out! The Nail Spa is very clean but they need to help the vibes out a little more! I took my mom to get her nails done for Mother's Day and set an appointment for her and I for 3pm and we both weren't seen until after 3:30. The lady doing my nails drilled my nails so hard it hurt and left a ring of fire on every single nail and left a huge dent in my pointer finger. For a short almond and a cat eye they charged me $77 and my mom also got the same thing and charged her $82. The nails looked fine but I would like to not have dents in my fingernails once I remove the nails! I will not be going back. read more

I used to come here all the time for gel x and a pedicure and every time I've always left happy with my services. However, I got a pedicure this last time and the lady was being super rough filing off the gel polish from my toes to the point where the skin beside my toes were also filed off. I also asked for pedicure #1 and she finished my pedicure in 20 minutes when everyone else that was sitting in the pedicure chairs next to me before I even got sat were still there. She failed to clean underneath my toes all she did was scrub the bottom of my feet, cut my nails and file the shape. When I mentioned this to the front they spoke to her and she offered to clean underneath the toes AFTER I already paid. I politely refused as I was already unhappy with the service I received. read more

So I just moved to the area and iv been to this nail location 2x now. Today I got a pedicure and I will have to say this was the worse pedicure of my life. The lady was extremely serious and doesn't make you feel comfortable which is ok with me no big deal but to top it off her work is horrible. She made both of my big toe nails bleed which has never happen to me. Then at the end I saw her look at the nails and used her finger to touch the polish where it was messed up which confirmed she notice the imperfections but didn't take initiative to fix them. I'm one to try a place out a few times and if I get horrible service I just won't go back. I am currently looking at my toes and they do not look like I just got a fresh pedicure.
