I was appointed the trustee of their estate in the state of PA, and yet despite this the firm has been withholding of necessary information to file her taxes. I cannot stress how difficult it is to both grieve and have a firm you've trusted for years stonewall you. The end resolution is that I hired another firm and was able to recover everything I needed directly from the IRS but be warned this firm doesn't behave justly and will really skirt the legal line -- for what end who knows.

I called M&A and spoke with Antoinette who seemed very nice and came off very professional. I made and appointment to come in to give all my tax stuff.
