From the day I met with them, I was finally at peace and knew the work goals would be reached. They did not improvised themselves as A Dry Wall company.  I have met with so many supposed professional, for this project. I cannot count how many ridiculous interviews, quotes I had with contractors, apprentice carpenters, or painters thinking they could grudge us and do a similar job. We even had a company telling us they needed one month to so this work! Within One week Meredith framed, sheet rock, finished our 3 walls, and one was really hard to design. On time like Swiss clock. Yes they are quite booked and have waiting list, but believe me, it is worth the wait, sometimes we want fast and end up with the wrong team. What I appreciated as well is that they are not mercenaries of work, they take jobs one after one and do not csncel you because you are small, or not a mansion or else. HONESTY all the way. There were a couple of issues due to the transitions between new and old drywall (older house), but James and his crew knocked the workout in the originally scheduled days - ultimate points! I am pretty particular about the quality of work I allow in my home and my rental properties. I come from a construction background, but hate to drywall. After calling some contractors who do work for me, I received several recommendations for Lion Home Maintenance, and they highly recommended them as a painter. I called them and spoke with Devon Wright, the owner and job manager of the company. He is pleasant, likeable, and extremely professional in every aspect. After I explained what I was facing with our building (it houses and gymnasium and office/classrooms), he told me that while they were extremely busy, he would stop by and give me an estimate. When he arrived, I discovered he was knowledgeable about painting, its application and the necessity to get the appropriate product. Because I worked for several paint manufacturing companies when I was younger, I understood the need for both the application and the product to be correct. Devon was very upfront regarding the elevated price of paint, and I was very comfortable with his manner, knowledge and integrity. He called me a few days later with estimate--which was exceptionally competitive--and we set up a time for the job to be done. He arrived within the time promised, prepared the site for painting, and began to paint. Every single one of his men were as equally professional, kind, and polite as Devon--they were a joy to be around during the whole process. I cannot possibly rate Lion Home Maintenance highly enough! The professionalism of Devon, his crew, and the knowledge he brought, allows me to rate Lion Home Maintenance with the highest rating possible.
