Lucky Boys absolutely saved the evening. The other car I had booked canceled at the last minute, so I panicked and started making calls. I had already told the group the car was secured and gave everyone a specific meetup location--so everyone was counting on me to pull through. Ironically, when I first called Lucky Boys, they didn't have any drivers available. But in the end, they were the ones who came through big time. With only about 30 minutes' notice, they showed up booted, suited, and ready--clean car, excellent service, and a wonderful driver. The driver was professional, courteous, and drove exactly how I like. He opened doors, was great with the ladies, and handled everything perfectly. Honestly, Lucky Boys should be paying him more--he's a huge asset to their company. If they don't, I might hire him myself (half joking... half not ). Truly wonderful service. You can't go wrong with Lucky Boys--they delivered on time and went above and beyond. They were patient with our group, and I'll absolutely be using them again in the future. read more

Wedding limo Rented a stretch hummer for my wedding day in August of 2010. They were great. We went and got to look at the cars before hand and even go to go for test drives in them. We selected the hummer stretch limo and was not disappointed. Day of. Limo arrived early and was immaculately clean. The driver was dressed nicely and even helped us with the loading of the wheelchair. We were excited and loved the limo. The driver didn't know where the church was so my bridesmaid with us gave him directions. We arrived a bit late due to getting lost and passing the church but it was great. Hired them for a corporate event to transport 24 people from Tamaya to our location. Their limo bus was much more business friendly without the stripper pole and room for up to 27 people. The bus arrived early and in great shape. The driver was awesome and did a perfect job! Only downside was a lack of communication prior to the day. Expected to receive an email from them with confirmation which never materialized. Would definately use again! read more

A HORRIBLE LIMO SERVICE: Dear friends, if you are ever in need of a limo service in New Mexico, specifically the City of Albuquerque, NM DO NOT USE LUCKY BOYZ LIMOS or AMERICAN LIMOS (They are the same company). This past weekend I reserved a limo for a close friend's wedding and when the car arrived it was in such poor physical condition- (Sun beat Roof Top, Dented body, AND A BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER!) This limo looked nothing like the photo they showed me online. The AC was SO BAD that the entire wedding party decided to stop and exit on the spot after and hour in the heated limo cabin. THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND AND DID NOT FOLLOW-THROUGH WITH IT... SPECIFICALLY THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME WHEN I CALLED TO FOLLOW-UP Needless to say - The staff is extremely unprofessional, and the limos are poorly maintained. Let me preface by saying our driver "O" was absolutely awesome. Can't say enough good things about the guy. But dammit the organization and business ethnic is horrible at best. I planned, what I thought was going an epic night out for my wife's 35th Birthday. It was epic to say the least. We were picked up in a stretch Lincoln that had zero suspension. I'm not exaggerating, no suspension! I meant the back end was literally scraping the ground. I told O to pull over and see if we could try and resolve the issue in 100 degree weather, because if was like riding in a monster truck. Our drinks and everything else were all over the limo. O and I worked on it for twenty minutes until we were both soaking wet, and could not resolve the issue. We got back in the car and drove thirty minutes to hesitantly picked up the rest of our party. We bounced n' tumbled for another 20 minutes to our destination, spilling our drinks the entire way. It was like and Jeep excursion in Colorado. But wait,.......it gets better. At the end of the night, our party of 7 was picked up with a full car of wasted bachelorettes and the limo was completely trashed. They were definitely as unhappy as we were, and weren't shy about it. We had to ride with them for 40 minutes to the other side of town with my 75 year old mother. They were rude, not to mention completely inappropriate. The only thing I heard from O was that it happens sometimes. Are you effin serious!!This is a regular occurrence!? I requested, at the very least, a discount and didn't even get a response. I would rather walk than use these guys again. Lucky Boyz is a horrible name, the only lucky thing that happened is that we made it home. Vert, very disappointed unsatisfied customer. Excellent customer service from our driver Tommy! On time, kind and patient. Reliable service with a clean limo. Provided ice and cups was a great touch. My only concern was that the limo was a little old and dated and the seats were worn. Would recommend and hire again! read more

I was hesitant to call lucky boyz due to the bad reviews, but I'm really glad I did! We booked a last minute ride for my sister's 30th birthday. The staff was very accommodating, in contrast to 3 other companies I called in town, these guys would do a 1 hour ride for a reasonable rate and did not treat me like this was a silly question. Our driver, Joe, was courteous, professional and even gave us a lil extra cruising time. He really made it a pleasant experience. The car was clean and modern. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because I had to give my card information more than once, which would make me nervous no matter what. I think they should use Apple square or something more secure. Overall, a very good experience! Hopefully this is a good sign for their business. read more

I initially called for same day service to show appreciation for my father who is on his last lap in life. While I was quoted for 4 hrs of limo service from 4pm to 8pm, my driver didn't show up until 6pm. Our driver Joe was fantastic though. Joe was very professional but Steve Garcia is a thief. When I called him to dispute the charges he said "you're lucky you got the H2 for the price he quoted". The constant rumbling and smacking sound under the floor was disturbing. The radio was inoperative but what sealed the 1 star was the condescending attitude from Steve. I have used many limo services across the country but this one, by far, is the worst company ever. Really the only positive thing I can say is that they got us from point A to point B. For my wedding day we hired them for 2 pickups. First, they were supposed to pick us up immediately after the ceremony and take the bridal party to a spot for photos. The limo was half an hour late, which then made lots of other things, like dinner, start late, and made our bridal party have to wait around. The limo driver said he was stuck in traffic, but it was clear he had just come from somewhere else. The limo was not clean. Full of empty bottles of water and napkins and no refreshments for my bridal party (which would have been nice after taking pictures in the sun). Second, another limo was supposed to pick my husband and I up after our exit and take us to our hotel. That one was 15 minutes late. That might not sound like that much, but it was enough to make our photographer have to stay late and as well as our guests on a Sunday night before work. My wedding planner was angry with the service and sent an email (ccing me) a couple of days later asking if Steve would give me some money back for the poor service. After a week, no answer. I followed up with two more emails and have still not received an answer after almost 2 weeks. No apology was ever extended and no response to any of my messages. I honestly think that's the worst part and there's no excuse to completely ignore a customer who has an issue. I also have an issue with the company's billing practices. I called to place the limo order and never got an invoice or a written confirmation of any kind. Just an oral quote, which I thought was a little weird. Steve didn't explain the billing procedure. Apparently they take a $50 deposit and then bill the rest afterwards. That makes sense, but it would have been nice to know in advance. I never received an invoice of any kind showing how much time I got billed for or what percentage of tip was included. Overall terrible service and late, dirty, overpriced limos. To start the limo driver was 30 mins late to picking us up and had two rides one with the fellas first then the ladies, I was 40 mins late to my own wedding! The air conditioning didn't work and to make matters worse from there... we were picked up after the ceremony to take pictures and well finsihing up we noticed the hood of the limo was open, when we approached the limo driver he said it was overheating and another limo from downtown would be on the way.. it never came. No phone call from Steve to explain next steps or a resolution. After waiting an hour in the heat the mechanic showed up and poured antifreeze, for it all to come pouring out from the bottom of the limo, then we were told to get back in and it was fixed, two seconds later it overheated again and were asked to get out! For the second time! At this point we were less than an hour from our reception so we decided it was best to get Uber rides and not risk getting stuck on the side of the freeway! I patiently waited for Steve Garcia to call and explain a resolution or if a different limo would be picking us up for our next fully paid ride! He never called so I called Steve and he immediately became irate and began raising his voice at me! I had him on speaker so all six people in the car could hear him, he stated it was our fault for leaving and he was not sending any other limo. As we went back and forth about poor customer service and the limo breaking down he said screw it, I'll refund all your money and goodbye! I thought good, I tried to give this person the opportunity to make the experience right And he had no desire too.. The total for the day was $1200, two weeks went by where I text, called, emailed and not one response received regarding the refund. Then my mom called and he answered, of course irate and said her refund was processed and hung up! As I awaited for my refund, I notice I was only refunded $660, no explanation of why I was charged that amount, no courtesy, no follow up, nothing other than the worst experience in my life and quite frankly ruining my wedding day! As of today we spoke to another individual that supposedly was going to review our situation after half of my wedding party had to write statements, never heard back from anyone. But!!! Today I'm getting calls from Steve Garcia's phone that are harassing with very odd voicemails and continuously calling via FaceTime and private! I'm actually frightened to answer and feel I should seek legal assistance at this point! I waited to write a review in the hopes this company owner would do the right thing but it's obvious this is not a normal person. I, the groom, had to hold the back door shut because it wouldn't latch. They offered to send us another limo but our photographer only had so much time to work with. The driver gave me his card and said that his boss would "take care of" me. When I got around to calling after the weekend of festivities the "boss" first said he wasn't in the office yet and that he'd call me back in an hour. That was at around 10am. At around 1pm I decided that I'd call back. He asked who I was again and said that if I thought about the whole situation that it was a funny story for my wedding. I'm never personally amused by faulty equipment at full price. I said if he thought about it that the situation was dangerous and that I had one hand holding a door shut instead of both hands on the woman I just married. He said he was printing up the invoice and would "see what he could do for" me. I've never gotten a call back. This was truly the only hiccup on our day and I wish we would've sprung for a higher quality limo service. The lack of professionalism of the "boss" makes it clear that his company is more for random bday parties as opposed to formal weddings in which thousands of dollars are spent and countless hours go into preparation. Stay away from Unlucky Boys unless you're strapped for cash and are willing to sacrifice quality service in exchange. read more

The hummer limo they provided for our wedding in late Summer 2017 had non-working air conditioner and worn out interior. It was horrible that the bride and groom and the entire wedding party suffered through the uncomfortable hot summer weather during our rides in Albuquerque. As though that was not enough, they overcharged us by an additional 1-2 hours for the extra time the driver had to wait while we were getting ready for the wedding. When we later spoke with the manager, Steve Garcia, about giving us a refund as a compensation for the horrific heat-exhaustion condition they put us through, he said he will look into it and see what he can do. On follow-up, he became very evasive and eventually stopped answering our calls. We are extremely disappointed by what they put us through and the unprofessional way they handled it. We are still considering other possible options to pursue a case against them to recover our money. For all future brides and grooms considering their service, spare yourselves this unprofessionalism and look elsewhere! read more
