I only came here for a beer one night toward closing time so maybe I came at the wrong time. It's a spacious place which is great and feels very open and inviting. They have board games that they welcome you to play at the tables, and they brew their own beers which were solid. It was pretty empty though the day that I went which gave it a bit of a dead feeling, especially for a Saturday night. Also, my friend said that despite their affinity for dogs you cannot bring dogs to the indoor area, which is a bit of a deterrent on cold days. There is an outdoor area though that is pet friendly which is good.

Great spot! Short walk from our hotel and a nice walk too. No transient people walking around or lurking in the dark. Love that you can bring well behaved dogs! Big and open space so relax, dine and have a cold beer. OMG the portion sizes are HUGE! I could not finish the Rueben sandwich I ordered. It was delicious, I ate half and saved the other half. It came with a side salad which was full of leafy greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons. Their ranch dressing was on point as well. We got 4 cans of beer to go. We will definitely be back and highly recommend you check out this place.

BLT was excellent and the beers were on point. Oh yeah, and by the way, I like turtles.

I visited Lucky Labrador Beer Hall with a bunch of runners a few months ago. There was plenty of room for us in the second room of the restaurant. It was easy to place our orders at the bar in that room. The ambiance was interesting. There was tools as part of the decor. I got lemonade and a meatball sub with caesar salad. I liked my sub. There was plenty of cheese, the sauce was solid, and the meatballs were large. The bread was high quality as well. The Caesar salad seemed to be bag of salad but I still enjoyed it. I'll surely come back to this restaurant.

Okay why good not great? I guess cuz the server took a while to warm up. Otherwise, great location (nice district), dog friendly to the max, which is a cool niche to have, humongous space with indoor and outdoor seating - yeah, okay, they could actually push the dog friendly stuff MORE here like if someone would have explained to us where to get the dog bowls with water? The pizza was fantastic and I can't believe anyone would have the nerve to complain about the size of the individual slices cuz a) who even offers slices that much anymore? and b) the slices are huge and c) also delicious. We got a pesto slice just try and then a veggie pizza. The crust is superb, and I don't know what they do with the artichokes but hands down the best artichokes on a pizza, or on anything, that I have ever had. Bet this is a super awesome weekend hangout.

The food was delicious and affordable, plenty of beer styles to choose from and the space has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Even when it got busy there was plenty of space to move around.

We attended a wedding reception hosted here and I was very happy that the dog friendly outdoor patio was covered so that we could stay dry while the weather was dreary. There are plenty of tables, a self service bussing station to clear your dishes and glassware, as well as water bowls for your dog to have a drink too. There are only a few parking spots right next to the patio, so be prepared to look for street parking. If you arrived via bike there is designated parking inside the bar for you. The beer we ordered was tasty and well poured and the pizza had a pretty decent crust. I probably could have ordered something a little more interesting but I was thoroughly distracted outside by my dog and another visiting puppy in the best possible way. It was simple but it was pleasant. Since the patio was covered I imagine it's much better on a warmer day and the added shade is nice. It seemed like a really nice, cozy neighborhood stop for a few drinks and a quick meal with your dog.

We found Lucky Labrador Beer Hall while walking on Distillery Row tasting spirits and it was a nice break to have a beer. As the name implies, Lucky Labrador is dog friendly and has a large outdoor patio to bring your dog. On the patio they have two sections, one for smoking, and one where it's prohibited which is nice if you and your family want to get away from the smoke. My husband and I shared a bowl of corn chowder and a turkey club sandwich. The bread the sandwich was on is locally made and delivered daily (absolutely delicious)! We tried the Octoberfest, and two different ciders. The ciders are not made in house, so stick with the beer if you want something made by Lucky Lab.

The kid space was a great size and my two small ones loved being able to play while we ate. I loved that they had some great open ended toys and I didn't need to worry about them disturbing our neighbors. Our server, Emma, was great! She was attentive and quick. She even made our kids chocolate milk even though it's not on the menu. Our food was amazing. We had the kids butter noodles (I'd order that for my adult meal if I could!), kids cheeseburger, deviled eggs, caprese with prosciutto, and fish and chips. The fish was so good and big! Definitely enjoyed our experience here!

At 4:35 the appetizer showed up as I finished my second beer, moments before my parking ran out. Nobody communicated with me about the delay. I was ignored by staff the entire time. Most restaurants target 10-15 minutes for apps - this was 40 minutes, and the restaurant was not packed. Other patrons who ordered after me successfully received their food. They said the app was comped, but after I said I had to leave, the app never even made it to my seat. I left Deschutes hungry and disappointed.

It has a cozy atmosphere, making it good for small gatherings that aren't that crazy or whatever. Good bartenders know the products. The prices can be high, because there's limited batches and they change these out quickly. A place to pay more attention to the beers than the atmosphere. It's a quieter place to drink. There's a bar and a patio. Basic looking. It's about $8 a pint. Can be expensive, but many of the beers are made in small batches. There's many beers that change depending on the season. Best one we had the last time was the Brews For New Avenues. This is a pale ale, and proceeds are donated to charities for the homeless and others. It has notes of citrus, guava, and red berry. The other beers include some with floral flavors if you're into that kind of stuff. For sure it's a place with high quality beers. It's located on SE Stark between 10th and 11th.
