We had an amazing time and it was all because of how accommodating Billy was for our group. Service - Billy really couldn't have been more helpful. My group ended up increasing in size and Billy tried to find us another bus a few days before our rental. Although we didn't find one because of the busy holiday weekend, he called almost every party bus place around. We did not think we were going to have enough room in the bus for everyone so some of my friends would have had to uber all the way from Lake Travis to Austin and back ( Bus Quality - Although the bus was not brand new, it certainly felt as though it was. Here we are August 25, 2026 and still could not get an answer. I called left a message, then called back finally Brandon answers. Right from the beginning he has a nasty attitude. I told him I really didn't want to have to get the police involved his response was," call the police, im not scared of them, they know me very well, its not my fault your daughter lost her phone." Isaid, " well Brandon what can we do to resolve this issue?" He said," I'll have to see if i can get someone to look for her phone, I'm not sure if its in lost and found or not, I'll call you back" Not once did I blame him for her mistake, but also if you know you have her property why make it difficult for her to get it back. I instructed my daughter to file a police report, the officer called Brandon and left a message, magically Brandon was able to get to the property, retrieve her phone and leave it with Dean at the uhaul office so my daughter could pick up her property. First off I worked with Angel in coordinating it. She answered a million questions. Coordinated everything, and gave me a GREAT deal compared to all of the other bus/limo companies with buses that couldn't even compare to Aria's luxury rides. She was friendly and fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond, and responded via text. Which I love and found extremely convenient. The bus had great seating that wrapped around and made it convenient for people to talk to one another. I managed to get 3 huge coolers on the bus, stocked with beverages and goodies. There was an iPod connection for music, and ice stations conveniently placed throughout the bus. Lee filled them with ice before we arrived. Which brings me to my next point. Lee and Jay were our AWESOME drivers. They BY FAR surpassed any of my expectations. They arrived EARLY, made extra stops, were so cool and friendly. I honestly want them to JOIN us on the bus next time, instead of drive because they seemed like instant friends!!!! Lee stopped at my house, at a gas station to use the restroom on the way to New Braunfels, Buckees for snacks, and quickly for an intoxicated rider on the way home.
