most painful pedicure I have endured. Technician did not listen even when I told her I had a cut on a toe and pointed it out. The evidence was visible but she continued cutting and filing on it. She had her cell phone on the whole time having a conversation occasionally so loud at least 5 clients could hear- very distracting and awful experience. And finally she smudge a toe's fresh polish and did not fix it. It was end of the day so she just wanted to get out I assume. read more

I have not had a good experience here lately. I try not to be too picky when I get my nails done because so many people have so many different preferences, but I can confidently say I won't be back. Each of my hands look completely different, and the ombré effect on one hand is nearly non-existent. Both hands are really thick after I asked 3 separate times to make them thinner. They are also very lumpy. While all of this was bad, my niece's nails were way worse (pics posted below). Her nails looked broken half way down the nail. Hers were so bad, I had to go inside and ask for a refund since she paid $50. After being there for over 3 hours, they finally cut her nails down and she had to soak the rest off when she got home. Visiting from out of town and needed a repair to my acrylic nails. Had to tell them three times (my tech didn't speak any English) that I did not want a fill, just a repair and gel polish change. The tech still started to do a fill! The tech changed the shape of my nails, which I was not happy about. She tried to make it right, but I still had to come back and file them myself. The polish looks like I did them myself. Polish on my fingers and cuticles. It wasn't the cleanest salon I've ever been to, either. At least the price wasn't ridiculous. read more

So far the best nail salon I've found in Hartwell. Fair prices, bright cheery decor, and a sweet little children's chair would make this a great choice for a mother/daughter beauty day. The pedicure chairs are in good working order and relatively comfortable. Sanitation seems to be attended to appropriately. I took off one star for the music. They seem to be playing a cd of generic piano meditation music on repeat. My visit lasted over an hour the same boring music played the whole time. read more
