The shelves hold the product and the literature about it, nearby. The woman working that day was very helpful and answered my questions on the different vitamin B & C supplements. In fact, if you really want to know how well your vitamins work, NG has a machine that will analyze that for you for a small added fee. I wasn't that brave, but maybe next time. When I actually went to the counter with my supply of goodies including some powdered greens for my pets, I learned everything was 20% off, a special the owner had been running.
