While waiting on standby for our next flight back to Lambert Airport, I looked up transportation for the Ofallon, IL area. SuperShuttle didn't service the Ofallon, IL area. Then, I found R&R Transport. I called and Royce picked up. I told him our circumstance and that my daughter would be landing within the next couple of hours. He responded and arrived at Lambert at the time my daughter's plane was to arrive. RELIEF!!! Murphy's Law was still hanging around because then my daughter texted us and told us her plane was delayed at her connection and she'd be arriving into Lambert about 45 minutes late. Oh no, Royce is going to leave, I thought. I called Royce and told him my daughter's plane was delayed by 45 minutes. By then he was already at Lambert. He told me he'd wait and make sure my daughter got home safely. I was so grateful. Finally, the other half the family arrives in Lambert about 3 hours later. Royce texted me to let me know my daughter was home. My daughter texted me the same and told me Royce was funny and really nice. What a professional! What a great customer experience!!! My husband paid him for waiting at the airport and then his regular rate for the transport from the airport to our house. We will always use Royce and R&R Transport! You should too!
