However, having fallen on hard times, I managed to let several sentimental items fall into the hands of the very capable & flexible staff at the Paris, Texas location and truly thought that all was lost. Nevertheless, much to my satisfaction, a young woman with dark hair, whom I believe must be the lead broker or store manager worked with me on getting a little extra time than that set forth by the due dates in my loan agreement. As a result, I am going to be able to get back what I thought was lost. She deals with all sorts, as due all of the employees there, so do not be quick to judge or to think that anyone is rude or out to screw you, particularly her. Because I can assure you, she is very friendly and more than willing to help, if you're willing to simply ask for it. The owner is super nice. Back in 2016, our brother passed away in an automobile accident. In his possessions was a pawn slip. The owner helped us understand the pawn process and even offered to allow us to get the gun back that our brother had pawned. While we chose not to get it back, the kindness of the owner during such an awful time in our life will never be forgotten. Every time I pass by this store, I remember the kindness of the owner.

One of the items they had marked for $129.00 , which was a Milwaukee right angle hammer drill was one of the six items I was going to pawn! They offered me $80 dollars for all six ! Anyway I wont be darkening the doorstep at this business ever and recommend that other people do the same! I would also like to add that the Employees here are not friendly and act like they dont need or want to sell anything.
