I was gonna try to get my money for the shirts, I have my receipts and pictures but, its not worth it because its my fault trying to go the cheap route to get my 50 dollars shirts cleaned. So, I go there, start to wash my clothes and I am informed by a very frustrated worker that they closed at 10:30. But I could not find that they closed at 10:30 online and there was no sign in the window that said they closed at 10:30. Im not psychic. They really need to make it more clear as to when they close so people don't get angry at their customers.

I took a STACK of clothing to this place for cleaning and for an alteration/mend. I'm used to…read morepaying around $30-$40 for my dry cleaning bill, and I usually get significantly less cleaned. I dropped off on Friday and picked up on Monday. That's pretty quick turnaround in my opinion. My alteration looks excellent, the armpits of my dress do not stink! Nothing is more irritating than something coming back from the cleaners and it still smelling. For reference I dropped off seven shirts, one blouse, and two dresses. With one of the dresses needing an alteration/mend. For all of this I paid $36. I will certainly take more items here to be cleaned, and perhaps for more serious alterations as well. Since I only had to have the one dress mended. Heads up, there is no drive thru!

I was given a lecture about how hard it is to remove ink stains as if that's not exactly why I took it to a dry cleaner in the first place! I had to make 2 additional trips because each time, the owner told me she would try again, but the clothes had no discernable change. She was not apologetic and tried to charge me full price. When I brought up the fact that none of the items I gave her were actually any different after she "washed" them, she started yelling at me in front of another customer. I'm serious, she was yelling and screaming at me as I walked out of the store. Save money and time and go elsewhere.

Visiting from Atlanta and dropped a few things off for dry cleaning. First, took 4 days to get…read moreback. But decided to go with it. A much bigger issue was the end result. Several shirts came back more wrinkled than when dropped off! Looks like they ran out of time and just hung what I brought to them on a hanger and sent back. I would never recommend this cleaner.
