Lukewarm water (that you can stick your finger in) is dispensed from a plastic thermos into drab looking, white cups. Of course, because the water isn't boiling hot, the resulting colorless "tea" tastes like dishwater. The girl behind the bar either hates her job, the customer or both. The disengaged charmless demeanor, devoid of any effort to positively engage the customer suggests it's either that time of month or I look like her ex. Without a word, smile or eye contact, our order was promptly placed on the table in front of us. My spouse and I looked at each other in disbelief.
