The Wathen Foundation has an outstanding vision dedicated towards the promotion of education in aviation. Their community programs are either incredibly low priced or free, really catering to those with a sincere love of aviation. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of working with is superb. Kathy Rohm is probably one of the most on point, dedicated, and genuinely amazing women I've ever met. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. In my opinion, this non-profit is what all other non-profits should strive to be like. They are in it for the advancement of aviation, their love of aviation, and their complete dedication to the community.
