We were downsizing and we were in sync in no time as to what we wanted. John was available to us 24/7 even during his vacation. He was always responsive to our texts, calls emails. We never felt rushed into purchasing a house in fact we put a bid on another house and it just wasn't a fit for us. I had been totally upset about it however he said these thing sometimes happen. Crystal Triplett was supposed to be my realtor. She claimed Marisela Jimenez is her daughter in law…read moreand since she(Crystal) didn't have a PA license (which she should've informed me prior to me signing an agreement with her and giving her a tour of my house). I needed my house sold as is and it eventually was sold but she, Marisela and her mother in law, Crystal, took advantage of my mental illness by selling the house for more so she, Marisela and the buyer's agent who is part of BHHS can get higher commission. Due to my physical challenge, I opted to not be at closing-as I didn't need to do at 2 prior house closing and she has not sent nor given me my check. Meanwhile, Triplett is taking me to tour houses that have 2 or more levels after I told her I need a rancher. Crystal even attempted to persuade me to purchase a house that wasn't completed and was being sold as is. Lastly, I made a deposit on a house that she knew one II didn't qualify for and still haven't received deposit check after termination of sale due to all of the electrical, plumbing and HVAC discrepancies found during Home Inspection. Not to forget, the Seller accepted my original offer a month prior to Crystal presented it to me. The Loan Officer who she has in her pocket, who after I mentioned to him my current ongoing medical challenges stop contributing to this scam with Marisela Jimenez and Crystal Triplett. They have children, would you want them to be taken advantage of this way? I trusted Crystal like a mother.

I'm currently house hunting and pulled up a listing late Saturday night that was listed as an open…read morehouse Sunday. We went and there was no open house. We drove around the block and I pulled up the add on Berkshire Hathaway and it wasn't showing as open. I clicked call on the phone number listed in the ad. The gentleman was very rude to the point, I told him he should be aware his number is listed on Berkshire Hathaway. He then said thats his wife, and he doesn't know anything about that listing but would find out who is handling it and would call me back. About 30 minutes later he left a message saying yeah thats not our listing, we can't help you. Apparently Berkshire is every man,woman for themselves and rather rudely at that. I am going to make it a point to avoid any Berkshire Hathaway realtors, not just these rude ignoramuses!
