We had them come out to clean our home for a deep clean. They did not complete a deep clean at all…read more They did not even wipe down the tables which had nothing on them. They did not vacuum or mop our hardwood floors. They did not dust any surfaces and only cleaned half of the kitchen. They then called and blamed us for the fact that they did not do more claiming we had too much dust/dirt in the home and have stains on the carpet (we have an older dog who has accidents which unfortunately have left stains but the carpet has been professionally cleaned and treated within the past week--unfortunately the stains will not come out). They made up things about our home which they told their supervisor (who was not in the home) to justify not completing the job. They now expect to be paid for the hours they were here when it honestly does not look like they did anything. When we left, they were cleaning part of the kitchen and they apparently just stopped cleaning after we left because nothing else was done other than that part of the kitchen. It seems like the crew did not want to be here cleaning or to do a deep cleaning, so they skipped out. Their website states a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that they are professional. So far they have been very unprofessional. We will see if they actually keep their guarantee. We are currently waiting for a call back from the supervisor to resolve this issue. We have had maid services before and thought this one sounded good. we have NEVER had this bad of an experience and will be going back to our previous maid service. I will update this review once I hear back from the supervisor. I hope they make it right.

Did the owner try and reschedule for another day? No. Was I forced to pay full price after they were nearly 2 hours late and made me miss my appointment? Yes! And don't forget if you say this to the owner all he says is "go leave your little review I have apologized" i would recommend you only reach out to this "company" if being harassed and having incompetence ruin your day is something you enjoy don't like my mistake be yours. They trap you into agreements so you can't book another appointment without a rush fee.

The cleaners arrived around 7:30 a.m. and had the entire upstairs done within about an hour, which should have been my first red flag. A lot of the cleaning felt more like a standard clean than the detailed service I paid for. Some of the things I found: Laundry Room was completely untouched Pantry (upcharge of $40.00) was not touched Decor was only half dusted Kitchen sink was not cleaned Cobwebs were still visible in a corner Baseboards and doors still had dirt, smudges and fingerprint I did contact the company and they refunded a portion of my $790 bill, which I appreciated. The cleaners also went back and addressed some of the issues I had initally pointed out. Unfortunately, I continued finding additional things that had been missed even after that. The refrigerator was cleaned really well, so I do want to give credit where it's due. But overall, for the price and the type of cleaning I specifically booked, I expected much more attention to detail.
