I visited this location to check out the Team Canada goods and pick up a Future Legacy Crossbody bag to support. According to Global News, 10% of sales of these unisex bags would go towards Team Canada, and it's the sole fundraising item. Personally, I'm more a fan of the bags and accessories than the outfits. The staff there are super helpful. All volunteered to look and help me pick colours and particular styles. The bag is water-resistant and fits my key pouch, small wallet, stick battery pack and lipstick. I like the outside slot to hold my phone for easy access and the option to wear as a belt bag. $38 is reasonable for this functional, quality, collectible. The branding is subtle, so it's great for when you want something more casual and not too showy. Only available in Canada and I also heard our Team Canada stuff is super popular in China. I was not too fond of the grey colour bag at first on their website, but it's almost light blue in person and quickly became my fav. I also picked up a red Team Canada cap and a black runners cap too. While you're there, they have Mirror on display, the interactive workout with a mirrored screen. Quite cool!

The site indicates that pickup will be ready in 2 hours but I was sent a confirmation email when the order was ready which was less than an hour from order. At the store, an employee came over to ask me if I needed help and I let her know that I was picking up an order. They had my order ready and bagged at cash. Remember to either bring your ID or your confirmation email so they can prove your identity for pickup.

As soon as a sales associate was done, she came over to help me. I asked Laura to try on a couple of bracelets to see which would go nicely with the ones I already have. I liked that she was honest. She informed me this one wouldn't match my skin tone, which I completely agreed. The other bracelet didn't match the ones I already have. Another bracelet would been too delicate for me to wear on a daily basis. She wasn't trying to push me into buying anything more. Laura grabbed bracelets in different sizes just to be sure they would fit me. She went above and beyond. Laura was amazing. I highly recommend her for anything here. When we checked out, she even gave me a complimentary polishing cloth and informed me on how to clean my bracelets. I would come back to this location for my future purchases in a heartbeat. I had such a wonderful experience here, you can't beat the great customer service here and the quality of Tiffany and Co. I prefer Winners more because the women's size 11 shoe section is much better than Marshalls. I was pleased to see a size 10 and 11 section. The problem? I didn't find a single pair of size 11 shoes. It's the main reason why I am not a regular at any Marshalls store. It is rare to find footwear in my size unless I dip into the men's section. I do continue to check Marshalls out, including this one. I spotted two Kipling bags at this store. One had the signature monkey. The other one didn't. Both were $59. The women's clothing section was tiny. I liked a sweatshirt with cherries. I also loved a sweater that had LOVE on it. The cosmetics section was great. Nail care was slim pickings. The setup at this store is interesting. The checkout counter is at the very back of the store. The fitting room is on the right when you walk into the store. I've had mine for a good while now and I have not encountered any issues with the patches detaching. Excellent customer service, the associate that was working with me was super patient and had some design options that he offered up to make sure that my patches were placed in ideal spots where they wouldn't be hidden or covered.
