What an amazing staff!! I was welcomed by Alex who helped me find my very first pair of Lululemon pants! Then I was escorted to the fitting room where Emily was there and willing to help! Emily chose different styles and sizes that she thought would work best for me, and everything she chose looked amazing! Both girls were very knowledgeable about sizing and styles. Not only was I excited to FINALLY try a pair of lulu's but the friendly staff made my experience there that much more enjoyable! Everything I bought was extremely comfortable and felt as though the pants were made for me! There is definitely quality in the clothing! I LOVE Lululemon.. and I really didn't like this location. The staff were not very attentive at the time I went in.. maybe it was just an off time or maybe I was just putting off a "leave me alone" vibe.. quite possible since I was a little salty from being a pinch hungover. But that's not really what bothered me or what warrants 2 stars. What I was REALLY disappointed with is that they were very poorly stocked of items in womens sizes 2 & 4. I looked at a ton of tank tops trying to find the right size and it seemed like 3/4 of the tanks were out of this size. It was really disappointing and usually this is a bit of an issue at lululemons so I expect it but it's normally like 1/4 to 1/3 of them are out of these sizes.. not 3/4. I would even try to see if I could find a couple of different tanks in different colors that were my size just so I could order them online later if they weren't in stock - but even those were out! So it was disappointing.. maybe this was just a bad time for their stock. If when I go back next -- and let's face it, I probably will as it's the closest one to my apartment -- and if the stock is better next time I'll update my review. read more

After stalking a few items on LLL's website, I finally decided to stop into a shop to try on a few things before ordering online (I'm a LLL newbie so I wasn't certain of my size). I was a little hesitant at going because the last thing I wanted was to deal with snooty sales reps because LLL is a pretty high end store as far as athletic wear goes. I was pleasantly surprised, everyone I came in contact with was so, SO helpful and friendly and seemed to be really interested in helping me find something that was right for me and my "sport" (yoga, running, tennis, ect). They gave me great suggestions based on my answers and there was none of that annoying sales pressure that you get from some other places. Also, I liked that they didn't give me an eye roll when I asked which items were on sale. Needless to say, I'll definitely make the trek out to this location again! read more

Amazing customer service. I called them with an issue and they told me to come in to resolve it because they had to look at the item, I came in and within two minutes it was solved. What happened? I walked into my favorite place this past week and the entire store staff had changed! NOT ONE familiar face in there and I had been coming in weekly, on Saturday's for the past four years and all of sudden they rotated everyone out of they quit? Very sad to see the immediate change and also the change in the store as it was: not as clean and organized; the sizing of the clothes were off: the attention to detail of greeting the customer was way off; it was understaffed; the store was hot and uncomfortable; it had a completely different vibe! I didn't like it and it needs help! I am now sad because the old team that was there, were there for a long time and seemed to have "jived together" for a long time had their stuff together. #disapointed read more

I am so grateful for the help and patience of the staff at Lululemon in Studio City, CA. I needed to order a Christmas gift and the item was sold out online, but stated the nearest store had it in stock. This is a very busy time of year the day before Thanksgiving, so I left a message with a description of what I wanted. The next day was a holiday and the store was closed, but I received a call the very next day early in the morning and they confirmed the item was in stock and then patiently waited while I purchased a gift card online in order to have them ship the item to me, which is apparently their process for shipping rather than store pickup. Michelle was especially helpful and so upbeat and happy and a sheer joy to do business with! Finally! A Lululemon without the attitude! I'm just a girl willing to pay ridiculous amounts of money for clothes that I sweat in, do laundry in and grocery shop in. However, it is my personal opinion that if you are going to want me to pay $60 for 1/2 a yard of lycra that barely covers my torso, you'd better be nice to me. Today, I visited 2 lululemon stores and called 6 of them in search of a specific item. 6 of the 8 were absolutely horrific. 3 of the people I spoke to barely tolerated having to listen to my call (with audible sighs) and one straight out lied to me after I'd called earlier and confirmed they had "plenty" of what I was asking for. When I called the Studio City store I got Megan, who then transferred me to a nice woman with a southern accent. She was so helpful and enthusiastic about being so. She let me know that they didn't have what I was looking for but gave me options and told me what they did have. Since I was going to be in the neighborhood, I stopped in and I got the same helpful and attentive treatment that I'd gotten over the phone. Unfortunately nothing that I tried on worked out, but I was truly made to feel welcome and the staff was helpful without being pushy and phony. It's unfortunate that negative experiences like mine are becoming so common at Lululemon stores and that their employees have such crappy attitudes considering they represent a company that promotes zen and well being. read more

I love shopping at this Lululemon store as opposed to other Lululemon stores closer to where I live because the ladies who work here are so nice and pleasant. You can take as much time as you need to pick out things and try them on. I never feel rushed or pressured to buy anything, but I do buy a lot. And I appreciate that the sales staff remembers me and my favorite pieces and they make good suggestions on complete outfits. Lets face it, we all can't afford Lululemon but sometimes it's not about the clothing, it's about the service. I LOVE Lulu isn't a strong enough expression about how I feel about the clothing. It makes my booty look fantastic and their seasonal colors are the cutest! I popped into this Lulu very soon after their grand opening. I don't know if it was because they were the new kid on the block but the customer service at this location blows all other Lulu's out of the water; so far =). The employees were really helpful and were really easy to talk to. No pressure sales like some other Lulu's I've been to. If only I lived closer I would visit on a regular basis. Five stars for Lululemon clothes and five stars for this fantastic store. The clothes, well, we all know how great the clothes are. I have Lulu jackets that I've had for YEARS and all but one (which is ancient and been around the block and I didn't care for it properly) look phenomenal. I'm not a big fan of the scuba jacket because I personally feel like it's a little bulky and stiff, but maybe that's changed since I got mine and this is completely not reflective of this store. I'm babbling. ANYWAYS, we all know the clothes are great, last forever, do what they're advertised to do, etc etc. But this store is just as great as the clothes. The people who work here are kind, knowledgable, and go out of their way to find stuff for you. They always seem to know what size I need even if I think I'm a size bigger...they're always right. They know their products and are excited about the Lulu brand and what it stands for. There's free yoga and a run club that just changed to Tuesday nights I believe. It's welcoming of all levels - even if you just want to walk. They're passionate about educating the community and getting people involved in fitness. This is, by far, one of the best Lulu's I've been to and I've been to quite a few. Edit: They will alter garments for you FOR FREE. So if your'e short like me and the wunder unders cover your feet or bulk at the ankle...never fear! Just hold your horses, let them pin the garment where YOU want it and in a few days it comes back to you, custom fit!! read more

I have never bought anything from Lululemon, not because the clothes are not beautiful and comfortable, but because I do not have a six figure salary to be able to afford such indulgences. I give this store five stars because it is beautiful and has amazing FREE yoga every wednesday night. I have been the past two weeks so far, and both teachers have been different and great. In a city where yoga typically costs $20 a session (at least) free yoga one night a week is something one should not take for granted. read more

As always Lulu has hired the cream of the crop - friendly and well versed staff - they know everything and anything there is to know about the products they sell. Free classes. . .yoga/running taught by amazing local instructors and often by their Ambassadors. Great staff. Very helpful-- had a return that was a gift that was two days over on the return policy (In my defense, I tried to take it to the closed location last week-- within the range of time stated for holiday returns). I was nervous after reading up on other Lululemon stores (Beverly Hills, Robertson) that are super strict about the date of return that I would be stuck with a too tight hoodie (cute hoodie-- but too tight!) because stupid Yelp had listed the other location as open-- and Siri / Apple maps brilliantly thought it was open as well. Lies! But alas the staff here were cool and as such probably made me spend more than I otherwise would have. Granted, the store (national policy) has only a 2 week return policy (worse time range than Forever 21!)-- which is pretty small -- not my fav-- but thank goodness for nice local people who cut you a bit of slack and are more about customer service than stupid bureaucracy. I can't say they'd do this for everyone (obviously they have policies etc.) but I appreciate it when a store doesn't get all letter of the law on me when I return something legitimately unworn with the tags on it that is part of the current collection. Seriously-- I'm just trying to not waste a perfectly good piece of clothing. Free parking in back. Good customer service, good quality gear = happy customer. Thank-you!! read more

The best LULULEMON IN SO CAL. I used to go to the Calabasas location, because its closer to where I live, but the service was always sub par. I went to the Studio City location and Oge helped us and she is amazing. She went above and beyond for us and answered any questions we had! I really love the products, as they are extremely high quality and last forever. In addition, my Lululemon clothes take a lot of abuse from me. I'm happy they finally have one in my neighborhood. The only minus I could think of is the fact that they are really pricey. I have to say I'm impressed by how Lululemon does its marketing, by building a community around its products and promoting fitness. All of the ones at which I've shopped have regular yoga events, fitness classes in the park, etc. It's pretty ingenious. Large selection. The employees are helpful. Michelle, an employee who works in the fitting room, was so helpful and determined to find an outfit that fit well. She also schooled me on the right way to put in the bra inserts. Must sure the numbers on the insert touch each other and make sure the inserts are pointing up (perky boobs) and not down (saggy boobs). Plus, there is parking in the back. It's next to the Chipotle. I was actually shocked at how amazing the staff is at this location. I expected snooty, terrible service and boy I was WAY off. The ladies that were working back on Sat. April 5th (I think it was) were INCREDIBLE. So nice, knowledgeable, funny and just a blast to hang out with. My friend and I were there for a really long time trying on different options and over all spending WAY too much money. Yet, I couldn't be happier with my experience.
