Look up MGTOW and the red pill forums before looking like one of the simps who was being dragged in by his wife to be beat back into submission by these counsellors. The men all looked like they hated being there and I figured out why when I went myself. Something else to add was that the counsellor was late by 5 min but ended on time which means she stole 5 min from me and when I mentioned she was late rather than apologizing she sternly talked down to me as to why she was late which told me my time was not valued by her.
