I am seeking the prompt, satisfactory completion of the remaining tree services agreed upon in the formal and verbal contract. 2. Work began with the removal of one tree, but dead limbs on two oak trees remained unfinished. 3. Project Manager Jose Albarran assured me, "When we take care of a tree, we take care of the whole tree." However, neither he nor the owner returned to complete the remaining tasks. The work left a significant mess, consuming the entire day for cleanup. Additionally, their equipment caused damage to the neighbors' yard that needed to be addressed. 5. Mr. Albarran mentioned they took on two additional jobs that day, promising to return to finish the work on the oak trees. 6. After about a month without any communication from the company, I filed a BBB review. 7. After filing the BBB review, Mr. Albarran informed me that they decided not to return to complete the job due to the review. According to state consumer-protection statutes, I have the right to services rendered as contracted. This includes the expectation that all services will be completed as agreed at the time of contracting. Citing this regulation should expedite the resolution of my complaint with Lumbee Tree Care LLC. read more

I have used Lumber Tree Service on three occasions for the removal of large yard trees, and I have been very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend. read more

*Stay far way from this company!! I just moved into town and have been busy making our house our dream home and instead it's turned into a nightmare. There is no sence of professionalism, honestly, integrity in their work and I believe the pictures will speak for themselves. They sent a bill of $65K and this is not worth close to that and I feel very taken advantage of. I now have to rip everything out and start over. * If I could I would give them a negative star* Hope this helps someone else from companies like this. read more

The tree work was done correctly and fairly quickly. The owners son Billy Jones Jr was very unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. My husband was not home and Mr. Jones was flirtatious and even called me the next day to see if I needed him to come by for more work. Needless to say I called and spoke with the owners wife with my concerns. I definitely would not recommend Lumbee Tree Service based on his behavior. read more
