As a lash tech, I had a client who went to this salon while I was out of town for a fill. I finally got to see her and this is how her lashes looked. as you can see she had terribly outgrown CLUSTERED lashes that i simply could not remove with tweezers. i just can't believe someone would do this to a client let alone a new client. this damages the natural lashes so quickly as you should know as a i'm assuming licensed tech. i just want to warn girls who don't know the signs of damaging work that gives lash techs a bad rep. it's not the lashes it's the APPLICATION, and this application was absolutely terrible. plz care for your clients or change careers because this is ridiculous. read more

Terrible experience don't waste your money! First of all they changed my appointment time and did not notify till the day before then I was shifted between 3 lash Artists and she was very inexperienced with less than a year under her belt! It took 2 HOURS! The only reason I went to them is because my last lash artist moved out of state and she took 1 hour !!! See the pics, the thicker lashes that you can spot 1 miles away are hybrids done by previous lash artist and the feathery lashes are barely normal are supposedly volume and took 2 hours !! It's overpriced and overrated! Don't waste $$$ ... go to lots of talented private lash artists with good talent and much cheaper ! read more

Found this place on Groupon for eyelash extensions. I really want to say I loved it but I can't. My lash technician was super nice, friendly and professional. Unfortunately they only carried D curls for mega volume which I'm not a fan of. Which is fine as the end result still looked pretty awesome. However, the reason for 3 stars is because a bunch of them fell off overnight and into the next few days. Please understand I've always gotten eyelash extensions done for years back in LA. I'm fully aware of how to care for my lashes and understand how fragile they are, but this extend of falling off after one night/day is just too much especially considering the price for mega volume. I'm so glad I got a Groupon instead of paying the full price. I had purchased an extra Groupon and was planning on gifting to my friend which I refunded after my experience. Hopefully they will stock more types of lashes and get better adhesive. read more

I finally did the contouring massage with Ariane and also the electro therapy. I was amazed by the pics and decided to go do it for myself because some celulites always bothered me. She worked on my abs and I couldn't be happier. All those ugly celulites I had under my arms and belly went away with only 1 session!!!!!! Deeana does my lashes and I love them! I never thought I would be able to wear lashes much less make them last long enough for a fill. I was worried about how lashes would work for me since I have very dry eyes. Mascara irritates my eyes because I tend to mess with the mascara after awhile...can't stand it when I feel like there is something heavy or clunky on my lashes. I was concerned that lash extensions would be heavy and more irritating however I don't feel this way at all with the way Deeana does my lashes. Deeana uses a hypoallergenic glue on me and even with eye ointment that I use daily before bedtime my lashes stay on quite amazingly well and I come back for a fill about every 2 weeks to get beautified again. I'm sort of new to lash extensions and was frustrated with my experiences thus far-- I like not wearing mascara but I also want a more natural look, and everywhere I tried they kept giving me heavy unnatural looking extensions. Tried seeing Sherice using a Groupon and she was absolutely wonderful! I got "classic" extensions so they look fairly natural. What I really liked is that on my first visit I initially thought they were too long and Sherice immediately fixed them and I left feeling great. On many occasions I have purchased a Groupon and have spent weeks trying to get through to ask questions or make an appointment. My first call to Lume was answered immediately and I was directed to online booking. While you do have to fill out a list of questions regarding previous services, the process was self-explanatory with the exception of the deposit. I called again to get assistance and got a message but my call was returned almost immediately and all my questions were answered. Deanna was such a doll. Unfortunately, I bought a cheap lash lift kit on amazon.... needless to say I messed my eye up and was too scared to do the other one since the one I did was irritated. The lift I did wasn't horrible but my eyes were complete opposite. I called around and no one would do one eye, and they all said I had to wait 4-6 weeks to do both eyes. I was hesitant to call Deanna because there wasn't any reviews... but I was desperate. I am so glad I did because she was able to do a lash lift on the other eye. Her room is so cozy and she has one of those heavy weighted blankets and it was so warm and comfortable. I was so scared because of what happened and she noticed, she had me sell some peaceful essential oils and pressed my shoulders down because she realized they were so tense, and pressed against my temples...
