Their hours are set wrong online, drove over 2 hours got there at exactly 9pm when security was closing, but online it says they close at 10pm, we had an online order of over $200 but they said too bad so sad you're not able to pick it up. What a joke. DO NOT support this business. As a business owner myself it would have gone a LONG way if they just let us pick up. But they said they couldn't do anything about it. They take cash or debit cards. They charge $3.50 to use the debit card and then it has a suggested tip. Good grief. A Tip? The ATM inside the despersory charged $3.50 to get any cash. When I spoke of the charge the guy said, its not our machine. Seriously? Its in your closed in space and you have no control over the machine. BS. It is there to generate a money stream. Period. Phenomenal dispensary. We heard from a few locals that this was one of the more popular dispensaries to visit and I can definitely see why. We went during a weekday so there was no wait. All of the staff there were very friendly and our budtender was great! She was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was able to get us a discount on pretty much everything (or at least let us know what items to choose). The dispensary itself is really nice as well. It was super clean inside and they had a ton of products on display - which I always want to visually see what offerings they have versus just browsing online. The merchandise they had on sale was really cool too. Overall, I loved visiting Lume and cannot wait to visit Michigan again so I can come back. Staff is uninformed about product and not willing to discuss deals on pricing. To compare this dispensary with Jars cannabis; at Jars, my $150 bought me 13 vape carts, 5 1 gram pre-roll's and 2 batteries; plus I got a free pre-roll for a first time visit. This dispensary is not worth the drive, not worth the money and the impatient staff makes it not worth the visit. Other yelp reviews here are way out of date. This is by far the best dispo in kzoo. Friendly and informed staff, reasonable/competitive prices, available for delivery (list goes on). I drive across town just so I can have access to their locally sourced menu and take advantage of their awesome loyalty program.
