The communication was excellent, he ran into traffic (there was a accident on the highway) and immediately called me to let me know he would be running behind schedule and even gave me a discount for not arriving in the scheduled time. Well, I had the opportunity to need the services of a good locksmith, and boy, did I find one here…read more I needed a spare key and a new key fob made for my 2013 Chevy tahoe. My old fob wouldn't unlock the doors anymore, even with my changing the battery. They jumped right on the job, and even with some obstacles, we're able to make me a spare key and identify the problem with the truck that prevented making a new fob until additional repairs on the vehicle were made.
