So I guess I don't have anything to compare this to. But I do know that it's not lookin great. I was super nervous about the whole process. I wanted a very natural and pretty light tan. I did everything i needed to (from my research ) exfoliated 24 hours before, didn't moisturize etc. When I was there, I felt pretty uncomfortable and I didn't get anything explained to me. There weren't any sticky pads or anything to stand on (the soles of my feet are SO dark), no barrier cream, hair net, nothing. I really don't mean to bash on this company or anything, I just would have liked to know these things before deciding to get this spray tan. I am VERY orange. I have patches where there must have been more product. Just uneven everywhere. I'm really disappointed :(

She informed me that that would be a waste of my money and I wouldn't get any tan from the lower beds? that they I must purchase from a higher bed to achieve a long lasting tan. Again she repeated herself saying that tanning for the next few days with the lower bed would be useless. I wonder if her manager knows that she's talking people out of getting services and because I know my body and I know they're tanning beds that I've used I know that I will achieve the light tan I was trying to achieve. And instead, I will drive a little bit further down the road and go to celebrity tanning where they have a comparable bed and use my accelerant since this location of Perfect Tan -no longer wants to serve their community.

For example, I asked to purchase sticky pads as I had just got a pedicure and didn't want my feet to be orange. They told me they don't sell those. Also, there's no trash cans in each room, no towels (they only give you 1 paper towel if you ask), and no full body mirrors. Just a tiny 10x10 mirror that is way too high up. Frankly, if I am paying monthly for unlimited services, I expect the bare minimum for hygienic necessities such as a towel. I brought this up to the manager in a very polite way, she told me I should just cancel my membership. She was clearly defensive and did not take te feedback well. I was not rude to her and just tried to explain this would really improve the customer experience. But, if they don't want me there as a customer, I rather spend my money elsewhere at a salon that provides better customer service and at the very least, the basic necessities. What a way to turn customers away! Def would not recommend this salon.
