I came in here for a quick polish change and left feeling like I just committed a crime. I just needed six of my nails repaired from chipping polish. I could tell that the woman at the front desk was not pleased that she could not upsell me on a $30 gel polish service. I told her I didn't have time and I just need the six repaired. She didn't catch mumbling something in her native language angrily. She proceeded to not speak a word to me the entire time, was extremely rough as she hurting me, over sanding my nails, slamming nail polish bottles around and implements. She refused to wait the proper amount of time to let the gel soak off and kept trying to force it off, peeling off several layers of my already thin nails. She kept stabbing at my nails with a very forceful starting emotion, in all my years of having my nails done I have never seen anyone be so forceful or rushed. I kept asking her to wait, which she refused. I finally took my nails off the table to allow the acetone to soak in. She then proceeded to use the implement on her own nails and then start to use it back on me again. Horrifying. The polish that she did apply was done forcefully and sloppily. Apparently it wasn't good enough that I wanted what I wanted. I am so tired of these nail salons that just want to take your money and know nothing about how to treat people for customer service. Skip this place and go somewhere else read more

This is my go to place in cumming. Every single manicurist is professional, proficient and very friendly. They can do anything from simple to design custom gels. Their pedis are amazing and use bamboo technique. They also offer facials and waxing for those interested. read more

Very poor technician quality and experience. Believe it was the owner's wife. The nails are not even, nor straight and the quality of the finish is low with bulging tips (the "French" tip is thicker then rest of nail) and uneven adhesive and lacquer dripped around underside of the nails. One finger obviously crooked. Some nails not even bonded at the root. Nails were not evened out thus making the tips look wider then the bases (shovel effect). Great location, but keep looking elsewhere. read more

By far the best nail salon in Cumming. The staff are so friendly and do a wonderful job every time my girls and I visit. My ten year old loves the nail designs and has very tiny fingers. The ladies still managed to give her camouflage nails to match her first day of school outfit and Halloween designs etc. It's also very clean and they are following amazing Covid precautions. They are back! If you are familiar with Poshe Nail Spa, you will remember the infamous team, Sophia, Vy and Hannah. Ingrowns are no longer an issue for me because of these wonderful ladies! I am in a wheelchair and they make every effort to accommodate me, which is so incredibly thoughtful and rare. Still a very good salon for pedicures, but we have stopped going because my mom felt that they "talk too much" and it's not a soothing spa like atmosphere anymore. Also, they fired her favorite girl. Very sad to not go anymore, but it makes no sense for us to go to different salons. Side note, dont get your Gel nails done here. She files them after, they will peel of within a week. read more

Found this salon on yelp! Very disappointed. I was a nail tech for 20 yrs and went here for acrylics. Had 2 different people try to do my nails and the end results were far from acceptable. It was a very special occasion for me and it was very embarrassing to have to show my nails in such bad condition. read more

I've been here several times. The reason I won't give it five stars is because the last time I was in, I asked for a matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said that was not a problem. When I went to pay, I noticed it was more expensive and when I asked about it, they said the matte topcoat was $3 extra. When I told them they should have been upfront about that and the matte OPI topcoat is the same price as the regular (to purchase), the woman shrugged and said I didn't have to pay for extra $3. Not a lot of money, but certainly irritating. I don't think I'll be back. read more

I was a regular here, they were friendly, clean, and certain girls could do designs so that was always a plus. There were days where they could be very friendly and then days where you don't even exist! Now for pricing, it changes daily so watch out. One day you could be spending $45 then the next $56 just pay attention to the attention you received and how much you should be paying for it. I kept going back because they knew me and it was close by, until one day when it was extremely busy in there (which is a good sign) I walked in to get my usual the manager (kathy) made eye contact with me and rolled her eyes, I just ignored I understood they were busy. But then as I was choosing my color she approaches me and says "can you just leave!" I understand language barriers and everything, but you are running a business and that was just straight up rude! So let's just say I have not stepped in there since, 5+ months ago. Also, the people I have sent there for their business they have lost too. It just shows that you should always stay friendly regardless to what is happening that day. I have also found a new salon in the area, same prices, more options for pedicures, and they offer your own box of "tools." read more

This has become our nail place since moving to the area about 6 months ago. Everyone is always friendly and the salon is clean and well maintained. There is a menu with services so you know exactly what you are getting. We have never had a subpar mani or pedi. Plenty of color choices in regular polish and gel. They use an oiled bamboo stick to massage the feet and legs. As usual there is always some chit chat in another language but not as much as some other salons I have been to in the past. Being a young adult in college many Salons I have been to do not treat me with the same respect as their older clients. My friend and I had very different experiences at this nail salon. My friend had a technician who was very nice and gentle, however, mine was unfriendly, and the experience has resulted in a lot of pain and an infection. I was in on Friday April 5th around 4:30pm while visiting my friend in Cumming. The technician who did my mani/pedi caused me a lot pain in both of my big toes (to the point of where I made her stop cutting back the dead skin because I was in tears), and cut my left ring finger bad enough to cause me to bleed a lot. Another girl for some reason came over and cleaned up the blood because my nail technician just walked away and did not do it herself. I don't think it was a blood phobia, I think she just didn't want to deal with it personally. Before walking away, my technician did squirt a green liquid on it that burned severely, but would not tell me what it was. The technician did not apologize, but instead the girl who came over to clean up the blood apologized around 50 times for her. She also was yelling at my nail technician in front of me when she came back out, which was very unprofessional. As of today (Monday 4/8 at 11:18pm), my left big toe is infected, swollen, and throbbing constantly. My doctor has prescribed me an antibiotic to stop the infection and I cannot wear shoes. I live in Wisconsin and this is inconvenient because it is cold here. My entire experience there was very poor. My nail technician was not at all friendly, there was a lot of confusion regarding prices (it took 4 people to figure out what to charge both my friend and I), and it was the absolute most painful mani/pedi I have had in my life. I would never return to this salon based on this experience. This was supposed to be relaxing and fun, but instead resulted in a lot of pain and doctor bills for me! read more

This place came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. They were super busy but I was in and out within an hour and a half. I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. Place was clean, tools were sanitized and open in front of me. Everyone was friendly. I felt like a pampered queen. I this will definitely be the place I go from now on. read more
