They make a lot of custom jewellery and, have many items for sale that have been designed and made in the shop. They also repair stuff irrespective of where you got it made. Prices are reasonable and she speaks reasonable amount of English. If you want something custom made or repaired this is not a bad place for it. I have had something repaired here and replicated, and she did a pretty good job of it.

Ich verarbeite nur hochwertiges Material, wie 900Gold, 750er Gelb oder Weißgold, Sterlingsilber, Platin, Palladium aber auch Edelsteine und Perlen. Alles wird etwas verspielt, aber nicht kitschig zusammengefügt, so dass es ein bißchen aussieht, wie aus einem Märchen.....

The person who "helped" me was condescending and barely willing to do his job. The Wempe sales reps, on the other hand, were incredibly friendly and helpful. If Wempe had had the watch strap I needed, they'd have had my business. Brace yourself to pay a fortune and be treated badly here.
