I have a really hands on approach to dealing with things, but they didn't seem to mind it at all. If you're not happy with something, you just have to let them know and they'll accommodate you. Overall, I'm quite happy with Imagine. Only word of caution, if you're like me with really "old windows" that have hazing issues, and have not cleaned them in a long while, you might want to reconsider getting them cleaned just because windows are apparently porous ...after cleaning, the hazing issue seemed to be much worst. Imagine won't be able to help you with this issue. I'm not quite sure, but I might have to find a company that deals specifically with windows to help me with my problem.
