Also, he does not overbook, so there is very little time spent in his waiting room. He went above and beyond the call of duty during the recent COVID-19 shutdown when I asked him to help a friend who was having dental difficulties one day, and was in a great deal of pain. Her own dentist was not returning her calls, nor were any other dental services doing so. He couldn't open his own office, but he did contact her and direct her to where she could get help.
