ROOM:
We stayed in a Belvedere room that offered a beautiful view of the Val d'Orcia, I wish there was a balcony attached but your view is only from a small window. The room was clean and spacious, we never felt cramped. There is a small TV, telephone, air conditioning, mini bar, safe, wi-fi, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries.
There was a large free private parking lot which was very convenient for us. The website said multilingual staff and that really wasn't the case it was Italian but we got by okay. The pool wasn't open yet but it looked really nice with lots of outdoor seating options.

****BEST CROISSANTS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE****
Dinner:
Definitely make a reservation - this was one of my favorite restaurants in my 9 days of Italy including three Michelin star restaurants, this place topped all three of those restaurants for value, flavor, presentation and service.
Buffalo Caprese salad with "Cuori di Bue" Tomatoes
*it was the best buffalo mozzarella I had the whole trip and plenty to share
Pici Pasta, cheese, black pepper and bread crumbs
*pasta tasted homemade and great combo and portion of cheese, black pepper and bread crumbs - a perfect texture
Baked Eggplant, cheese and tomato
*hearty and tender eggplant, the tomato was rich and flavorful
"Cannellini" beans and fresh onion salad
*so my friend doesn't like beans but he said these were the best beans he's ever had, the portion is also generous
