They probably have great coffee here but I just finished a coffee on the road so I didn't sample Hug-A-Mug's offerings. I would definitely return, although next time I would order a larger bowl of soup and skip the sandwich.

What I didn't expect…read morewas the managerial staff loudly conversing about how dangerous homeless people are and belittling and demeaning a man who occasionally stay just outside their parking lot. He wasn't even on McDonald's property but they insisted he had to leave because he was "making people uncomfortable". The manager also made accusations stating that the man had threatened him, as if he hadn't threatened the man first. It was rude and disrespectful and as a formerly homeless person myself I felt hurt and frankly scared with how aggressive they were with their insults On top of that, my burger was cold and the fries didn't taste like they had any salt on them. I will not be going back there
