She was attentive and all ears as I told her our beautiful Canadel table was still not closing properly. She gave me Ron the Warehouse Managers direct number which I called the next day. We talked and I sent him our receipts and photo of the Canadel sticker under the table. He sent Jee to our home and by yesterday it was fixed! Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly. Each project went smoothly, on time and on budget. Each time the product recommendations gave a fabulous result. My most recent project with Kings was completed at the end of April '18. A vacant rental condo - I had to be out of town the day of the install and I was a little nervous. But Sales Rep, Guy, handled everything. I gave him the keys a week ahead of time, his long-time crew did the install, he arranged a plumber to re-fit the toilets, he inspected the job & emailed me photos, and when I got back in town a week afterwards I picked my keys at the store. I really recommend Kings Flooring on Centre Street not far from Chinook Centre Mall.

They've got such a unique selection of products in the store like old grandfather clocks, authentic bird cages, and even old school snow shoes. They've got some paintings for sale, most depicting an older, western scene. You can buy couches, beds, dressers, tables, chairs, blankets, pretty much anything you can think of. You have to special order everything, but you get to pick your stain colour and fabrics as well. I think it's cool that you can kind of custom make your own furniture. The lady working there (perhaps the owner?) was really friendly and eager to offer a hand or answer any questions. She directed me to their website, saying that all their products were online. The funny thing is, you can't order anything from the website, only view what they have. It's a high-priced store, but the goods are all so beautiful! It had nothing to do with the "fluffing of the couch" as I do this regularly. Anyways, I ended up having to go into this store and threatening to go to the better business bureau after the owner argued with me in front of my 3 small children about the defective and junk product they sold me as they were refusing to just send me a new cover and fix it. The customer service at this store is the worst I have ever experienced. In the end after dealing with the back and forth for months, I did get a new cover but it is still not fitting properly and I have never heard back from the store. They sent a third party to install the new fabric and then never bothered to follow up. Horrible customer service and junk product.

We upgraded the carpet and kitchen backsplash (spent huge amount of money on upgrades) Bcoz we had faith but believe me within two months the carpet threads started to come out. The back splash they installed looked like installed by some kids. I believe every one should know these facts before going to this third class company. After all this is our hard earned money .
