The best customer service, value for money and quality product. Perfect for me as I have extremely sensitive skin, 76% of the range is preservative free and it's all vegetarian (or vegan) and all ingredients sourced ethically. I love the fact it's opposite the body shop- who pose poor value on all of the above especial since bought by the biggest animal testers in the world! Loreal! Lush are so unbelievably ethical, even returning fish and crabs from in the seaweed they use back to the sea. It's fragrances are safe and gentle and serve a purpose too. I first heard about Lush from my best friend in Colorado and visited the store in Boulder, CO. I instantly fell in love. Upon my return to England I discovered that in my absence, a new store had opened right here in Portsmouth! Happy days!!! Since then I have been in the store a few times and each time I have discovered new products. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as they have tried most of the products in the store. They are also all really sweet and easy to talk to. I am currently in the process of replacing all of my current products with Lush products, they are that good.
