I had a bit of a nightmare with Men's Warehouse, who had TWO chances to get me a suit for my daughter's wedding. But, the day before the big event, they left me with no clothing options at all. I was beyond frustrated, stressed, and feeling like I was running out of time. Enter Nick and the incredible team at Ingram's! Within 30 minutes, Nick had me out the door with a brand-new suit that fit me like it was custom made for my body. The fit was perfect, the style was on point, and I honestly couldn't have been more thrilled. But wait--there's more! Nick didn't stop there. He also hooked me up with a pair of shoes that were *way* more comfortable than the junk I was stuck with from Men's Warehouse. I felt like I was walking on clouds compared to what I had before. Ingram's and Nick were the superheroes I didn't know I needed that day. They swooped in, saved the day, and made sure I looked and felt my best for my daughter's wedding. As a plus size woman, I was delighted to find quite a few really great things in my size at one of the first times in the store. I'm sad to say that for almost every subsequent visit, that was not the case. I want to validate the other review that mentioned the surly woman behind the counter at the store. I came into the store dozens of times over 10 years, and she was always surly when she was there. In fact, I once asked her about plus size clothing, since I had had such a successful purchase in the past, and she argued with me about whether or not they ever carried larger size clothing before. In the last couple of years before we moved, I found myself curious to go in, but also not wanting to deal with her. Overall, a decent shop, though inconsistent. Four stars for merchandise quality and selection, and two stars for the surly woman who works there, for an overall review rating of three stars.
