He was flexible and made the time to meet with us on a Saturday morning. He gave us a tour of his facility and took the time to explain in detail the process and materials used to make the sofa we wanted. You could tell he was very passionate about his work and knew a lot which was very comforting. He designed the sofa exactly as we wanted and gave us a quote immediately. During the process, he would send us pictures of his progress. He even invited us to come by his facility to see the sofa before the upholstery was added to make sure we were satisfied. He was very responsive at all times and kept us informed of his progress without us having to reach out. The process went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our sofa. The quality of the sofa is like no other. We have custom made furniture from other local companies and the quality of ROA surpasses them all. We wish we would have known about ROA sooner. The closest dealership we could tow the car to said they would have to wait until the following morning to even give us a quote. So after asking around, my SO learned about Jerry D's. We had the car towed to his apartment, and I became the chauffeur. We had no appointment, but stopped in on a lunch break - with two associates behind the counter (that was FILLED with key options, in case you're looking for something to suit your personality) and one other customer in the store, we were in and out in 10 minutes. Andreas was friendly and helpful - took one look at the key, glued it together so he could laser cut a copy, and it was $20 all together. My SO will be going back for a second copy - just in case. They had door handles, padlocks, and several different makes and models of car keys on the walls. We purchased bathroom tiles at Allstone Tiles and we were sent to a warehouse to pick them up. But…read moreonce we arrived they told us someone else had already picked up the tiles. There was also a falsified signature on the pick up paper work. I called Allstone Tiles to tell them about this and the owner refused to even talk to me about the issue! This is a terrible way to treat a customer. We bought the tiles from them, not the warehouse so this is their responsibility. You should think twice before purchasing anything from Allstone Tiles.
