A little hard to reach in regards to phoning or texting. Did not have an initial and consistent plan of care for my now ex partner and I. Our case was difficult to say the least but more could have been done. Felt as if he was more concerned with payment, although I did not have to pay a co-pay via my insurance due to COVID-19. Disappeared after my insurance termed and no longer followed up to schedule future appointments.
