A small boutique agency that really toes the extra mile. Sue was so nice to work with, she really kept me in the loop every step of the way. I met her in person at the office. The process was easy. I love that they use ADP and I can electronically put in my hours from home or at work. I'm not sure of the prior experience of a prior disgruntled employeewith her issues with pay but my experience is you get your hours in by the deadline, you get paid on time. If you don't, you have to wait until the next pay period. I've never had any issues with my pay from them but I always report on time and they send a nice reminder out to you as well! The only negative is that they don't offer benefits for a temp assignment but I was converted quickly to a perm employee so I have benefits via the company.

After they are completed, the agent calls me in on my birthday, where I already had plans that day, and post poned them to come in for a formal interview. I drive out there from Chicago, the agency tells me all my tests were great. He hands me a bunch of papers to sign, and wanted three references of people, including my Driver's License number, and tells me, I'm submitting everything tomorrow. It looks good. I never heard a word back. After two e mails or so, I was told he is submitting other resumes as well. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time. After repeated phone calls and emails I received no response what-so-ever. Because of this lack of response I eventually contacted the leadership of this organization who also choose to ignore any communication. This may in fact be the most responsive, user un-friendly organization that I have worked with. They don't even have the respect to call a client back to relay whatever news they have. I come in and was asked to fill out their application, then had to watch a video, then was told that they didn't have any positions that meet my qualifications. First, when I came in, I told them what I was looking for. They could have easily told me that they didn't have any jobs that would fit what I was looking for and that I could still go through the application process and they an follow up with me if they see something to fit. No, I did not get anything like that. I basically wasted my 45 minutes there and walked away with greater disappointment from this business.
