The vendor was instructed to leave the pine cuttings as they were being donated to a local artist. Lazer Scapes took them. There was extensive damage done to our side and back yard from their equipment as well as driveway damage. I had to follow up to have them fulfill their contractual obligations and still did a half ass job. Random vendors showed up to make "repairs" with no notice or scheduled time. We were ensured sod, got a sprinkle of seed. And zero patching of the driveways was completed. Save yourself the headache, and frustration and go with someone else. I wish zero stars was an option.

On Friday evening I returned home from work to discover a mature maple tree in our yard had broken…read morea cable that was holding the two parts of the tree together and the trunk was splitting at the y intersection. The part that was splitting away was pointed at our house and if it fell it would have covered the front part of our house doing pretty significant damage. I set about calling tree services and spent a restless night worrying the wind was going to finish the job. After not getting any xall backs on Saturday morning, I called Dan from Teee Tactics after giving up on the other services. He returned my call within minutes and an hour later ,on a Saturday, was in my driveway. He was able to get up there and secure the trunk with rope until he could return with his lift truck to put in new cabling in the appropriate spot. By 430 he was done, our tree was saved and our house safe. I already have him coming back to do some trimming and removing another dead tree. I am a small business owner myself and I cannot express how happy I am to receive the type of service I provide my customers.
