chicken teriyaki n Fried pawn , no flavor and disgusting.

Customer services was really bad , just like the food . Food was pretty cooked and warm up in the microwave. The guy preparing the food use his bare hand to touch the food. We dine in and didn't see him wash his hand . He use his hand to scratch his face and continue touching the food so nasty. We throw away most of the food . Stay away from this place ... zero stars

My comfort meal! Love the chicken wings with some rice and teriyaki sauce! Hits every time!

Passed this many a time. Always curious. Finally stopped in. Assessed the interior and gave it a go. Nice greeting. Many choices. Went with chicken teriyaki bowl. It's great that veggies are part of the bowl. It was fresh. It was good. I did add hot sauce. I really liked nutritional info and feel less badly about the "rice@. Maybe brown next time. Everything was fresh. It was hot. It was plentiful. Maybe some toasted sesame could garnish it. They do have chopstick , self serve teriyaki pump to take additional sauce. I'll come back and think good value for the money.

Terrible super dry pork, sad to say even Panda Express is way better then this place

So sad the pork is so dry inedible, even Panda Express is way better for a fast food joint. What a waste of money !

    #1 with brown rice

I recently read on Facebook (from my local peeps) that this place has great teriyaki chicken. From the looks of this place on the outside, it looks a bit run down. Instead of going across town to Panda, I thought I'd give it a try. I decided on the #1 which is a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with vegatables and rice. The price was good, under $9! I asked for brown rice so they added a $.50 charge. Upon opening up my bowl in the plastic container, it looked so fresh! The chicken was tender and not dry and there was big broccoli pieces with a few chunks of carrot. The bowl was still steaming from the heat. Yes! Needless to say, it tasted really good and I was happy I came in. I did ask for additional teriyaki sauce at the window before I paid but did not see a charge added for it. The egg roll was crispy and stuffed too. Big! Also tasty! I will be back! Check this place out!

3.5 I'd say. Maybe a little better since there isn't a ton in the area comparable to be honest. It wasn't that bad actually for the price. Came to the valley to grab some grub with the pops and was looking for something quick and this popped up on the Yelp radar. This place used to be Arby's once upon a time and got converted. Food came out quick tho. We had gotten some teriyaki chicken bowls, and a side order of veggies. Teriyaki sauce and other fixings you can find to the left of the front counter with napkins and utensils. The teriyaki sauce left a bit to be desired but the chicken was decent. There's no sriracha though. I'd say get takeout if you really wanna dress it however you like since you might have better stuff for that. The chicken was pretty good though. Definitely not dry, and had good flavor to it already. It's fine for what it is. Decent for the area.

Hallelujah Lodi finally has an amazing teriyaki bowl place... Food is as good as it is in Stockton. Family owned.. huge portions and cheap! Always tender teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef... Wish they would have updated this old restaurant but definitely the food is delish.

Extra chicken combo with brown rice and no veggies substitute salad... yes its just plain lettuce etc but i love the salad sauce

Even so, the quality is still there. The fish is fresh, the presentation is beautiful, and overall, the food is consistently good and I'm satisfied every visit, even when doing take out. I do hope they expand someday because the restaurant itself is pretty small and gets very busy. Minh, the owner, is there every day and clearly takes a lot of pride in the work and care that goes into curating each dish. We've also had their nigiri and sashimi, and both have always been excellent. They also have omakase which I still have yet to experience. Overall, the dishes here are worth it and if you deep pockets, you can easily splurge.

Ambiance was so so, more like a bar than Japanese Resturaunt. 2. Service was poor. 3. Food was fair, we had several rolls (too much rice) and a bento. I do not consider this authentic Japanese cusine. 4. The things that made me give this rating were that they calculated the tip on the total that included the sales tax and CVC fee, this is not honest. They also charged a credit card fee of 3.84%, first they do not pay this high of credit card charge to AMEX, also why not roll this expense in the price of the food and beverage. Very few places that charge this fee that I am aware of.

We were the only customers and got there around 6:30. My only critique is that there were a lot of employees and we were the only patrons, yet our two servers did seem distracted and forgot a couple of things throughout the meal. I'm giving grace for that because it was a very slow night and they were probably just chit chatting in the back. I would've had no issue giving this 5 stars if it wasn't for that one small thing. Service otherwise was very friendly and quick The food was fantastic! As a Japanese American who's been eating sushi since I was in the womb, I have to disagree with the yelper who recently said the rolls are too small and too expensive. The rolls we ordered were huge and the fish was very fresh and on par with M sushi and Komachi. Is it a luxurious loungy city style vibe? No. But the food is great and the prices are fair imo for the extremely fresh and delicious fish. We ordered two bowls of miso, salmon tataki roll (I only wished for more onions!), the spicy crunchy scallop roll (my new favorite roll in Lodi), snow crab CA roll, and I think the last one was a dragon roll with unagi. They were all great. We were def pleasantly surprised by Yume and will absolutely be coming back.

Sooooo, I pay myself with sushi sometimes. This is acceptable, yeah, cuz either I try to save $25, which would eventually get spent anyway, or use it on something valuable. The value of sushi or sashimi with vegetables, is that it contains your alphabet Vitamins A, B, C, and D; plus, the greatly beneficial Omega-3. In addition to those benefits, getting a bento box combo with chicken gives you more protein for building muscle. This array of vitamins and protein sources provides satiety.
