I had gotten laser on my stomach before from another clinic and it did not work. I was pretty upset so I went ahead and got electrolosis and it went away. I came to Sev with low expectations due to my previous laser experience at the other clinic. I walked in and I was not greeted by the front desk receptionist. I signed in with the Ipad. After my laser treatment- the front desk receptionist told me I was supposed to sign in with her... well you did not greet me when I walked in and you asked all the other patients in there to sign in with the IPad so I followed the lead since it is my first time here and I have no clue what I am supposed to do. Anyways- I got my treatment done. My nurse was amazing. I wasn't expecting this to work. But it has been 2 weeks and my hair is ACTUALLY starting to fall out. I never experienced this at the last clinic.... Anyways- I would absolutely love to buy a package for the 1.5 years, but I just started a testosterone treatment that will make me hairy and my doctor advised me to old off on laser right now. Overall machine experience was a 10/10. I recommend. It works.

Plan to stay extra time to have the cold air blow on you as long as possible. - PRP for my hair : 10/10 pain. Have them use the rolling massage thing while they poke you. Another tip: make sure you are well numbed.. *****Bianca was absolutely FANTASTIC. i spent most of my time with her while i waited for the dermatologist. She was very professional, kind, caring, answered all my questions, reassured me, took care of me through a massive migrane by lowering lights and giving me waters. It was the first dermatology spot that accepted appointments soon so I decided to make one. When I called, I explained I have 2 Stys on my eyelid that I need removed. My appointment comes up and they have absolutely no clue what they are seeing me for. They think they are doing an exam on me. I told them them that I mentioned over the phone it was for 2 Stys that I need removed because they are bothering my eyelid. They said it will be an out of pocket charge. I already had paid for a copay at this point. I demanded a cancellation of my appointment and refund of my copay then and there. I was extremely frustrated and upset because: 1. They did not listen to me over the phone 2. I drove all the way out here to an appointment that was not even what I needed 3. I could of been told over the phone that the sty removal is not covered by insurance at THIS specific office. This wasted my time, and theirs. I do not recommend this spot for dermatology needs. I went to another dermatology doctor and it was 100% covered by insurance (just had to pay for the copay out of pocket).

But for common self-pay cosmetic injectables, a medical practice should be able to provide baseline pricing, including consultation fees, per-syringe pricing, and realistic treatment ranges before asking someone to pay for a consult. The staff member I spoke with was polite, and this review is not about the doctors' clinical skill. The physicians may be excellent. Today is June 10, 2026 and it is 9:14am. Excited to see the results. I posted a photo of my neck right after the treatment it does look like I was a sunburned. Surprisingly, it's not painful right now probably because of the numbing cream. The sensation I am feeling right now I don't know how to describe. I can feel the skin on my neck breathing. I will update more later. It is currently 11:54am and the redness/sunburn on my neck is already gone? Interesting I was told it was going to be more red the next day. Will see what happens. Maybe my body just heals very fast. My neck still looks little rough but it's already looking good. I can already see the improvement on my saggy neck.
