I would hesitate to purchase anything from this store Dormadtyle in Cologne. We bought a bed frame…read moreand high end mattress costing us close to 10,000 Euros in end of 2024 and one of the mattresses was infested with moth worms and we tried everything to get rid of the moth and was unsuccessful. We went to the store and asked them to take it back and they refused to take responsibility for selling us a defective product. We had to get rid of mattresses and the bed frame. It was very difficult decision and we are very unhappy having lost this much money having to replace everything to make sure there was no infestation. I am so disappointed we chose this company. We will be more careful and using reputable companies next time. Hard lesson learned.
