This time around when I renewed my membership I noticed they got a new stand-up, very happy about that; it's much nicer & bigger. I have severe allergies & even dust causes me to have headaches. A few weeks ago I noticed I was having headaches following tanning; then I realized the fan in the stand-up was pretty dusty. I didn't realize the owner (a male) was out of town & I asked for it to be cleaned. The girls that work there stood on stools, took 45 min., & made sure it was gleaming clean by the time I came back to tan. They're extremely accommodating! I would recommend paradise tan & travel to anyone wanting a friendly environment, that puts the needs of their customers first.

Me and my daughter was seated right away. My daughter had the full set with gel and I just had the gel on top of my real nails to help them grow out. They started on my daughters nails, sanding and getting the gel off of her nails. They then started on me. They sanded some of the gel as the sanding was VERY hot, it hurt. She then put cotton swabs soaked in what I believe was acetone wrapped each finger in foil. I sat there as I watched them do my daughters nails. My daughters nails were done by the time they even scrapped the gel off my real nails. I'm at the point as why should I go through this every 2 weeks? I don't want the gel at this point back on my real nails if its going to put me through all this time, burning pain of the sander. So I tell the guy scrapping my nail gel off my nails that I would just like them painted instead of putting the gel back on. Finally, its off. I wanted a manicure. I guess I don't need it or something. He just starts painting my nails. O. K. then. He bumps my nail, Ugghhh. Has to repaint that one. My daughter is patiently waiting for me to get done. This is crazy how long this is taking. I watched a whole basketball game on tv... He paints my nails then tells me to sit there for 10 more minutes until they dry. Why not put me under the heat light? It would be faster. I have never just sat there and waited until they dry. Ok. 10 more minutes, felt more like 25 minutes, went by and she came around and told me 2 more minutes. Ok. They do not feel dry. She tells me they are dry. Ok. I told my daughter to get in my purse to grab my card to pay for their services. I still felt they just weren't dry. I have never paid for my nails after they painted them. They are suppose to ask for payment BEFORE they paint them as to not hurt my nails polish. As I walked out to the truck, I get in the truck pull my seatbelt over across me and just as I figured THEY WERE NOT DRY!!! My newly polished nails are now ruined. Oh well. I don't have enough time to run back in there as I have been in here for 2 1/2 hours. I have never been more upset at a nail salon as I was with this one. WHY didn't they just let me dry my nails under the lights? I don't understand it. I will NOT be back in this nail salon--
