They were replaced once and a few months ago the replacement batteries began having issues. I was told they only replace batteries once under warranty. I'm now having other issues which need to be addressed. I'll be working with an independent shop for the repairs. If I had "do overs", I would go with another highly regarded golf cart like E-Z Go or Club Car rather than saving a few bucks with Icon.
